It's pretty damn important. You need to have good core strength/stability from a general health perspective as well as from an athletic perspective.

It greatly helps with the aging process it that it keeps you fit and healthier as you get older. It's also beneficial in terms of improving over all quality of life. Helps with posture as well.

From an athletic perspective its super important for runners and weightlifters. Can't have good technique without a damn strong core!

I haven't seen any legitimate evidence suggesting that appropriate and well performed core strengthening and stability exercises have a negative effect.

Additionally, killer abs also help get the girls!

Edit: Probably important to note that I'm bias, as I have a large portion of my gym workouts devoted to working the core

Age 29 to 30: This is a superb time for men to be alive. The tables have now turned. She’s finally learned that while finding dick takes very little effort, finding *committed* dick isn’t as easy as she was told it would be. Even though she screwed up in the marriage zone and wasn’t able to secure a partner, she’s going to stay on the prowl and be “in it to win it”.

Age 31 and up: As her sexual and marriage market value slowly decreases, so does her access to committed dick. Meanwhile, the men who were smart enough to avoid her in the marriage zone have a long and happy life ahead of them. Even at age 40 – if they are successful and have stayed in shape – these men can find a 28 year old woman to bear their children if they want. The men have nothing to lose. The women continue to slowly decline until they settle for a beta or convince themselves that being a career woman in Cougarville was really what they wanted all along.

After men avoid the marriage zone, their access soars. They can enjoy a series of fulfilling monogamous relationships with women who are on their best behavior since they’re desperately trying to get married, and fill in the time in between these relationships by banging easy targets such as single mothers, divorcees, and rabid feminists who are second-guessing their decisions.

So gentlemen, stay in shape. Focus on your career, build a stable financial portfolio, and keep your access soaring. Been goofing off instead of playing seriously tonight. I got the achievements for doing acts 1 and 2 in less than an hour. And the one for punching Diablo, Pink'd and a bunch of silly stuff. Just felt like doing something lighter than getting one shot on Inferno over and over. LOL!

@graphics The language setting just says "English". Love this game, but it's pretty sad when Blizzard can't launch a patch without messing things up.

Tomorrow I'll be playing the game finally!! I plan to pwn that inferno thingy you all peeps are complaining about

I'm with you on hardcore. Funny I felt the urgency to get through the game when the characters put in the pressure how time was of the essence. I found myself pounding through the game faster than normal, what was I to do? I had to save Sanctuary for the Gods sakes! Which of course got me killed more than I would have otherwise with my usual slower more methodical approach. I'm loving the game though, so worth the wait!

When I look over a conversation and see someone else is providing more depth, or better articulated concepts than me, they will get voted up more than me, regardless of gender.
