well, from watching the WWI intro movie, the sound, sounds like that of the D2 cinematic, Mephisto's Jungle, the part where they are in the chamber and marius is about to release baal.

I don't believe that is a lie, if u do ur a damned idiot...we do plan to revisit that universe at some point in the future
but we don't have anything new to announce in that regard at present.
What they are saying is this:
So in other words, yes there will be another Starcraft game, BUT not at present.We do plan to make another game for the Starcraft universe at SOME point in the future, however we have nothing NEW to announce ABOUT Starcraft AT THE MOMENT!
So the Future could be Korea, it could also be 2 years, or even 10, but they will make another Starcraft game in the future.
I mean they could have SC 2 in development right now, but they might not like it and scrap it, and do it again from the beginning. so in other words NOTHING NEW AT PRESENT.
Anyway, i still think it could be D3, its a 50/50 slice on my table, hope for D3, wouldn't mind a SC2, just need a new game NON WARCRAFT related.

when they are completely different games, Starcraft is an RTS(Real Time Strategy) whereas Diablo 2 is an RPG(Role Playing Game)
u can't compare the two, as they require different skills, like in d2 u control a single character, whereas in sc u control an army, if i was to compare sc to another game it would have to be warcraft 2.
But anyway, we shouldn't be fighting, its pointless aslong as either game is announce / released that is not warcraft related, like sc2 or d3.
Even though my preference is D3, either game should be fun to play until the other is released. -

I also read an article about that very reason, so my guess, is they might announce the third and final book + announce d3 or announce a new game.
My reasoning behind that, is Richard Knaak, the author, when he did the interview months back, he said he wasn't writing for a DEAD WORLD but instead a world with dead stuff in it - to me that means, the Diablo series is getting another game. It's not a matter of IF, but WHEN!
I just hope they announce something NON WARCRAP related :mad::mad::mad:
If they don't announce anything its gonna be a sad and bad day, i also think alot of people are going to rip out all their hair, or do some un-named acts of violence towards a certain HQ...
Anyway, that's my 2 cents

Just thought this could also be something towards d3, it sounds like hell floods the mortal world. Which points to the fact of maybe a heaven vs hell type of game.
