    The build my barb (Zeria#1649) uses allows me to use HotA pretty much permanently when I stand in Molten, Plagued or Poison Enchanted (from the Superstition passive). I think that's about as close as you'll get to perma spam HotA nowadays.

    Why would you have a headache? Should have already had the stuff done :)

    Can't wait for Diablo 3! Definitely going to get a HC character through inferno someday!
