I'm sure they will.
If the gems are anything like D2 they'll have rubies which will be fire, topaz is lightning (which I kind of think should be more yellow than blue), emerald will be some poison haze, sapphire is the frost, amethyst will probably be a purple glow of some kind, diamonds might just radiate white light, skulls maybe a black aura.

My logic is, my characters items are my characters items, why limit it if it's not completely necessary?
It's not going to be a instafix to all the item problems to make them soulbound.

If I'm playing a game it's my characters property not actually mine. Soulbinding it is forcing him to do something with it. It just seems lame.
I'm completely against selling items for real money and duping, but if I want to give away something to a friend, I should be able to.

Yeah I kind of forgot that part, but I don't think just the two of them single handedly defeated the three, I think it was more of they lead an uprising against them.
If two lesser evils defeated three prime evils, then the hierarchy doesn't make much sense.

If Belial and Azmodan are part of D3 I'm not sure the prime evils will be.
They don't seem to get along, and I can't imagine them all agreeing to forgive each other and work together.
