Jan 2, 2013Hello,Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
I tried googling it but didn't find the info I need. The question is - I think I read somewhere that new accounts can't use RMAH for some time after their registration. Is this correct? And if yes, what is considered new account ? New Bnet account or new d3 licence? And how long is this period?
Thanks in advance,

Quote from Jurnon. Plus, blizzard surely did not balance the leveling curve around no-ah challenges
Actually they did. I cant remember where i read the quote and i honestly am just too lazy to search for it but i remember one of the D3 designers saying that while testing they went into inferno with stuff like 500dps weapons cause they just didnt have so many players that they could just buy good stuff from a well populated ah...
In other words: D3 was designed originally to be beatable without buying anything off the auction house. It just was meant to be much harder. I also remember them telling that Inferno was meant to be an absurdly hard challenge that they were unable to beat themselves...
Of course i have to admnit that MP10 probably was not designed for non-ah players but more as a real challenge even to those who excessively buy equipment on the ah. Still the whole "Blizzard forcing the ah on players" thing is just not true, it was actually more like the other way around...
I wasn't clear enough. I totally agree that Blizz balanced the game to be beatable without ah (even at the first version of inferno), but not on mp10.
Dec 10, 2012Me and my friend are alive at hell hc act 2 mp10 (no exceptions), purist no ah only crafting and drops. It's very fun, but the late nightmare is insanely difficult due to the fact that you don't have nephalem (and no way to reach it, because monsters don't give you exp anymore) and no reasonable chance to get a decent drop. Both of us were close to death numerous times at that point, but luckily enough survived!Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
Now it's easier, because you can craft lvl 60 items and they own so hard
We both are lvl 60, dh and WD.
So to answer the question - yes, MP10 no ah is possible but really difficult. Plus, blizzard surely did not balance the leveling curve around no-ah challenges
Oct 19, 2012Authenticator is 99,99% safe. I think I've read a post in wow forums a year or two ago, which stated that there was a hack, which was able to bypass your authenticator (actually, not bypass, but smth like a trojan and hackers had to react in seconds when you were logging in). But since I haven't seen anything else about such hacks, I think blizz's changes to authenticators and their usage solved the problems.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
Oct 4, 2012Jurnon posted a message on PTR loot system change applies to mojos and voodoo masks too?Hello fellow WDs !Posted in: Witch Doctor: The Mbwiru Eikura
Im currently at work and can't log into d3, so I can't check PTR ah. Anyways the question is pretty much in the topic: does the loot system change affect mojos too? and Voodoo masks?
I know it afffects rings, but on the other hand does not affect legendaries.
Sep 30, 2012Hello,Posted in: Witch Doctor: The Mbwiru Eikura
I've been using WD spreadsheet from around the end of may - it was good and was working perfectly. After coming back at 1.0.4 I noticed that this spreadsheet doesn't cut it anymore - the difference between my real DPS and shown in spreadsheet was around 10 percent.
Do you guys have any spreadsheet to share, which would be up to date and would count things like +x to poison dmg, etc etc ?
P.S. I modified the old spreadsheet to include 3x worth of paragon level to base int, the difference is still there.
Sep 25, 2012Hmmm... Good point.Posted in: Witch Doctor: The Mbwiru Eikura
But on the other hand, if I understand correctly, the +poison dmg is actual damage increase, not just for poison spells, so the increase of dps should be insane, at least compared to my crappy boots.
And good zuni's trails cost around 200 mil :/
Sep 25, 2012Hello,Posted in: Witch Doctor: The Mbwiru Eikura
I've saved up around 18 mil gold and can afford the cheapest of zuni's boots. Are they worth it? Maybe I should save for all resist ones ? Maybe I shouldn't buy them at all ?
Any input is appreciated.
My current boots and the whole char can be seen at: http://www.diabloprogress.com/hero/jurnon-2773/Jurnon/128724
Sep 18, 2012Hello,Posted in: Witch Doctor: The Mbwiru Eikura
Been looking at AH for quite a few days now and can't find a cheap way to upgrade my WD's dps and survivability without loosing too much MF.
Link to my WD: http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Jurnon-2773/hero/128724
Any help on what should I aim for next is appreciated.
Especially interested if I should try to aim for set/legendary items, or some rares.
ATM I have only 15m, but long term tips are appreciated too
