Just tried it out on MP4, seemed to be working pretty well. Nice with a change from the WW/sprint build I'm used to running. Was having quite an easy time keeping up WotB, easier than when I'm running the WW build. Will definately give this some more testing, and see how it compares to the WW build for me. But one thing is certain the elites drop alot faster with this build!
However in terms of gearing, I'm thinking that some of the cc is wasted due to the increased cc on HotA from the remaining fury.
I was at around similar stats to yours not long ago, and I made the choice to sacrifice some resistance and hp in favor of dps upgrades. Sitting at 500'ish res and 35k hp I'm finding my self not really wanting to drop lower than that. It looks to me like you're lacking crit chance the most.In terms of defensive stats LoH/Life steal is ofc. important as well. I picked up an echoing fury earlier and decided to swap in my 3% life steal mace instead of the 890 loh axe I was using, and it seems to be working out alright. But untill you hit around 50-60k unbuffed I recommend that you focus on LoH.
Also I'd recommend you to try out the scoundrel if you're soloing, the 3% crit works wonders and well his cc isn't bad either.Also at some point you might want to consider dropping war cry for either rend or overpower, a bit of a personal preference, but overpower scales well with high crit, meaning that you can pretty much keep up the 35% damage reduction from crushing advance all the time.
Oh and for the record I'm currently doing MP4 at a somewhat comfortable level, could probably push it further, but only just gotten the necessary upgrades.
Thanks a ton for the responses! I've been shopping a bit and I'm currently just missing proper boots, neck and belt, possibly a ring though i quite like my Bul-kathos with armor and damage as random props.

My thoughts on the last 3 pieces
Neck: @res, crit, LoH
Belt: str, vit & % life/@res
Boots: run speed, @res, str/vit.
What do you guys think? Not really sure how much more resist i need, but i definately need some more vit, and perhaps str both giving me some of the armor I'm kinda lacking. Also considering swapping the enchantress and her armor & attack speed for the 3% crit from the scoundrel.
Just did some act III inferno with 2 mediocre monk tanks, and it seemed to go alright, died a fair number of times but i think that was mostly cause the 2 monks didn't really put out that much dps, and the fact that I'm still new to the playstyle, meaning that 1 slaughter wasn't enough to kill the worst packs. Shielding though seems really tough ...
Forego some of your offensive stats, I think a chunk of vit would go a long way with that amount of %life, and definately some more resist, I personally managed clearing my way to Diablo on Inferno, only skipping some champ packs with barely any LoH, but I'd probably advice getting a decent amount. A helm with socket (for % life), vit and all res could be an option.
As far as the spec goes, I've never been much of an ignore pain kind of guy. I'd swap Ignore Pain for Leap with Iron Impact. Leap has a much higher up time and also provides mobility which i much prefer over Ignore Pain. And then swap the Overpower rune to Crushing Advance, it's just amazing and if you decide to still keep some crit gear it's even gonna have a decent uptime. The redirected damage is basically reflected onto the mobs, and as it counts as you hitting them it will also trigger your LoH.

The only real limitation in Diablo 3 is defense.

As far as the WOTB rune goes, some use Thrive on Chaos and some go with Slaughter instead.
