You could consider playing with friends an increased drop rate if they are willing to give/trade drops they don't need at the time.
This is the big advantage to me. If you play with good trustworthy friends each person has their own loot drop and if something drops that they cant use / don't need they can trade it to a person who does need it. So 4 people working together= greater chance for loot.
The great thing about diablo is you can enjoy the game solo or with friends, neither type of play is required
If what BlackMarch is saying is true... I actually prefer the new system because I don't think level 60 characters should get more drops just because they have way overtuned gear for the content(they can get faster drops just by the fact they can 1 shot everything) This preserves the AH economy too(too many drops means a huge influx of crafting mats). The reward for high Magic Find should be getting better quality items dropped, not number of items.
My guess is that the person getting there first will have a team of people leveling and feeding said person all their loot. My guess is 5 days after release. 99.9999999% of the people playing this game (even uber-hardcore gamers) will not be hitting 60 in the first week. I'd put a lot a money on it.
Yeah, like I said, who knows what the real story is going to be, no one really knows. But from what blizz has shown us it sure looks like to me that Leah is a prime candidate for some good old fashioned Diablo possession

Thats what convinced me when I realized that's what he said.
Leah is totally Diablo in some sort of form(in my opinion). The cinematic totally hints at it for me. Azmodan says to Leah(ie Diablo) "You thought you could deceive us all". I think that the "deception" that Azmodan is talking about is Diablo faking his death and drawing out each of the big baddies from hell in to Sanctuary where "heroes" such as ourselves can take them down for Diablo's gain.
Obviously this is all speculation and I really have no proof to back it up. Either way this game's story is going to be epic. Guaranteed.
I'm mad at myself that I let this post make me mad. But say what you will about apple, you wouldn't be able to do almost anything electronically related today, including be fanatical about diablo 3, without the contributions Steve Jobs made to the advancement of computers and in turn human society.
Yeah that sounds like I'm giving him too much credit, but I remember my first computer as a 4 year old, and it was a Macintosh, and that was a big deal. And that is still a huge part of my life and I'm sure it means something similar to many others on this board.
It currently only stops enemies from entering a circle around the monk. Party members will be able to enter but monsters will not. Ranged attacks can still hit you.
Ok thanks, I suppose it would probably be a little OP if it blocked ranged attacks too.
I haven't really seen this skill used much in any of the replays and sorry if this question has already been answered. But will Inner Sanctuary block ranged abilities of monsters from getting to the monk? Or is it just a wall they can't run through?
