Of course this might not be the case here as I know DiabloFans has commented on business conferences for Blizzard in each quarter. So do we know which Quarter Blizzard are in right now, using those business conferences as a guide?
Yes, ActivisionBlizzard's Fiscal year lines up with the calendar year so Q1 = Jan - March, Q2 = April - June etc. etc.
If you want further proof look here.

You guys' aren't arguing if D3 has a real end game or not, you're arguing about the definition of end game. Define End game and you will all very easily come to a consensus if D3 has one or not.
The issue I'm seeing is that people have different views of End Game.
Some people consider Item finding end game. As long as it's long and drawn out that's a valid end game. This even Sixen wouldn't argue *if* he agrees on that definition of an end game (which he clearly doesn't).
I love what they've done with item finding and I don't think anyone will object to Blizzard designing an item finding end game that can be accomplished within all the content they've made (instead of a few select area's, pindle, meph, baal etc.).
What I want however for my ideal end game (not *the* end game, just a *different* end game), is some sort of content that forces me to go through the item finding end game first. I want to USE that MF end game found gear for something. D2 had it with the Ubers, WoW has it with raids (You farm heroics for gear for raids, you farm early bosses in raids to get gear to take down later bosses in raids). Raids was not about gear for everyone, a lot of people just wanted to see and experience the content and farming gear on the way was a means to and end.
I think the bottom line is D3 does have *some* sort of End game, but it's not everyone's end game. It's not Sixen's and it's not mine, but I'm sure we're both going to enjoy the crap of the end game that does exist

People assume a lot of dumb things, ALL THE TIME.

It already updates skills with rune effects And yea, if it's slow enough for a lot of people I'll axe the images

I spent a while creating an excel D3 character sheet because I like doing that kinda stuff Eventually I will have a sheet for each class, but it started with the Wizard. There's a bunch of dummy data and functionality based off our knowledge of D3 pre fansite visit (so it has trait and skill points). It will also be updated to reflect D3 once it's released (along with updating the fake stats and items with real stats and items). And lastly it runs a little slow on some computers due to the dynamically updating images so I'd actually like to know how many people it affects. I can remove the images and replace them with text to speed up the doc, it just won't be as cool.
You need excel to use the doc, other than that you can input your characters level, skills, traits, gear (including the ability to make your own rare items), aura's and gems and it will calculate your characters statistics and damage output.

If you actually looked at the link he provided, it was from the OFFICIAL Blizzard slide at gamescon and it said the MAX level for monsters was 61 specifically contradicting what Jay said. It's probably a typo but legitimately worth pointing out.

Inferno Difficulty is the intended End-Game for ship. There was some speculation if it there was going to be other end game, but Inferno is it (and I'm actually okay with that being the end game atm provided they have some really rare drops to find)

A few of you were bragging about "calling" a fourth difficulty (or Inferno being a 4th difficulty). A fourth difficulty has been guessed and suggested for years and with the announcement of Inferno a ton of people have been guessing it's the fourth difficulty. It's been about an old a suggestion as an endless dungeon
And second of all, as a purely HC player Inferno scares me... in a good kind of way though. I forsee lots of deaths.
