Of course you expected the Blinding Flash guy to win, he was going to give you his key.
All I can say to you at this point is why aren't you playing beta?
Anyways to everyone else the contest is now about writing so it's a different ball game. Don't go in expecting a essay to win just because you invested a large amount of time, make it a unique, interesting, story and whether its one paragraph or two pages (God please don't make me read that much.) it will have an equal chance.

Same here, I'm sure this contest helped encouraged many long time lurkers to register with this site.
Also, if they're giving away 2 keys a week, my vote would be to have one key for a 'Caption Only' picture contest & another key for a separate 'Modified' picture contest. Both can have some great results, but it's really like comparing apples to oranges.

Ragdoll physics make the feeling of killing monsters rewarding and you won't know until you actually play. Only the weak monsters will be knocked back when you kill them, but let me tell you how fucking cool you feel when you bash a zombie in a house so hard that it looks like he flies back into a wall and dies on impact. They got this exactly right and again unless you play the game personally you will not understand, don't worry about it.
Epic Structures? What the fuck are you talking about? The first thing you do in D2 is walk outside of the rouge encampment and enter the Blood Moor which is a HUGE VAST open field, as is all of Acts 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. Did you only play the fucking maggot lair in some cheap D2 demo you got at blockbuster as a kid and not it's your biggest gripe?

Each time you level up and get a new skill, you have to go back to town or find an altar to select the new skill.
The previous system was perfect, entertaining and fast paced, like the rest of the game is.

I've tried to re imagine the original Diablofans logo, making it fresh and new, but keeping the old style on it.
I worked on the shapes and the design for quite a bit. The colors are strong and diabloesque, and I've added a less crimson and more orange palette, like seen in the new diablo design.
Shapes and patterns are very distinctive, so the silhouette can be easily recognizable from a distance, as it is with the current dfans logo.
So, hope you like it!
