Waiting for 10 years for this new game.

I should rush through all the content as fast as humanly possible and not pay attention to any of it so I can hit level 60.

    Completely agree.

Its like one day I know im going to die, so lets obtain every disease on the planet, drink excessively, smoke excessively to see how fast I can die.

Then I can boast about how.. oh wait im dead.

posted a message on Direct quote from Jay Wilson supporting PvP in Diablo 3
Finally somone who understands. Jay clearly explains that they want pvp in the game.. because some people like to "PVP". They can't make a game that caters for only one audience. Therefore even if they emphasize strongly on one aspect like PVM and only a moderate amount on PVP the game is still available to the people who enjoy pvp.

I'm over this fucking topic anyway, and people who keep sooking about no rating, no way to show I'm best, or I can't prove how big my dick is. :facepalmsign:

The fee is so insignificant, but people don't like blizzard trying to make money as a company so they change the word Fee to Greed.

Honestly you have been given the option to make real money while playing a game, so please, stfu.

They wouldn't have changed it if they didn't have a reason, obviously the barbarian is smashing faces to easy in internal testing. Stop complaining it's called balancing.

    Quote from Mac_an_tSaoir

    Quote from camatx

This really boils down to a simple truth; There are two very different ways of approaching the game, and the community is pretty split on this point.

    - One side only views the game as PvE only, with very limited, casual, pvp. And it seems directly opposed to anything that even resembles an attempt to understand the PvP community's wishes.

    - And obviously the other side feels that the game needs to have a very deep and fundamental PvP focus, and most likely comes from a rich tradition in many many games (including both Diablo I and Diablo II) that allowed open world PvP, and a PvP focused end game.

Not trying to instigate another argument, but for a great many of us, in Diablo I and II, PvP was our main and only focus, PvE was simply a means to an end (as the OP eloquently stated) and we farmed our items through simply to improve our success in PvP.

This was an amazing feature of diablo and we only wish it to be expanded upon and adopted lovingly by blizzard. And I feel like the removal of open world PvP, and the refusal to seperately balance PvP from PvE is an attack on our Diablo culture as a whole.

Please try and understand, we know you don't want PvE messed up, but don't use that as an excuse to attack our interests as well :(

Ya these PvE only kids are really starting to get on my nerves, they somehow forget that PvP existed in d1 and d2, just because they didnt participate doesnt mean that it did not exist. it also does not mean because you never did it, that it's a minority voice.

The balance will be fine, it wont affect their gameplay at all, Wilson has stated that this game is balanced for the PvE, not for the PvP, and the PvP community accepts this. What they dont accept is no pvp at launch. That's a fucking disgrace.

if all these PvE kids, are not going to participate in pvp, and by participate i guess i should say... 100 matches in the first year of d3, that would be a very casual participation in pvp, why are they all screaming about shit that does not involve them?

games balanced for PvE? We want our pvp features which dont harm their gameplay at all?

I bet it makes you feel awfully special to call everyone who supports PvE a kid. Because everyone is so inferior to Mac_an_tSaoir if they have different game play tastes.

posted a message on Diablo 3 loot scanning mod, model swapping, and the first bot. (no guides)
I can't see why anyone would want to bot a game they have waited a very long time to play themselves. But I seem to forget how much money changes people and If it's worth getting a permanent ban on a collectors edition go for gold!. But all kidding aside, I seriously do hope though blizzard smash the issue of people trying to bot, very quickly.

posted a message on The harvester (my WD)
    Hello fellow witchdoctors.

Would just like to show my current build that I've been messing around with. Please keep in mind I have built this build to coincide with my play style. (have taken into account recent mana and spell changes but didn't change anything)

    First up is,

Haunt/Consuming Spirit - Primary, multiple targets at any time. With consuming spirit leeching HP per sec of haunt on up to 3 targets this will help with HP regeneration at later and earlier difficulties, when a health pot/globe isn't available.

Plague of Toads/explosive toads - Secondary, once again a mana efficient spell w/ strong damage. (love exploding red frogs )

Horrify/Stalker - Utility spell in a bad situation with a 20% movement increase, for situations where I need to put distance between me and targets without using other cool downs.

Spirit Walk/Healing Journey - escape/utility with healing over time

Soul Harvest/Languish - Nice buff to damage, with the addition of crowd control. Will be using this as much as possible to get the most out of haunt/toads.

GOTD/Unbreakable Grasp - crowd control, addition of small damage over time

    Passives:

Jungle Fortitude - An obvious decision since I'm not using any summons, 20% DR will come in handy in later difficulties.

Rush of Essence - 30% base mana cost return on most of my skills. Haunt, Horrify, Soul harvest, Spirit walk. This is to keep my mana pool as high as possible when using skills, with the base 20/per sec w/o any gear attributes.

Spirit Vessel - CD reduction escape/utility skills addition of emergency healing over time.

What I was aiming for with this build was solo, fast paced, mana maintaining/efficient. I basically chose the skills I liked then added the runes I thought would be most beneficial for what I was aiming for, nothing serious. Looking for some constructive criticism from the community on this build. Any help would be appreciated and if its good a thumps up

lol blizzard got embarassed or something? That guys thread that made it through that gate, his post got edited by a blue guy and his response was Someone from blizzard may follow you. Blizzard you just got owned, and you know it.
they do that for any glitch like that.. they didnt get ...owned
they dont want people doing it.

Yeah I understand. But what I mean is that they ban people around for their problems. It's a glitch and that's not a reason to get a ban. Everyone who would find a glitch would take the risk to use it and check it.

    Bullshit ^

They Intentionally tried to get through the wall "hoping" he/she could, don't turn this around as if they were trying to do something good. And if you manage to find a glitch that is that severe.. you don't post it on the diablo 3 website, you take some disrection. If the person would have just left it alone come retail it wouldn't have mattered anyway, who would sit there trying to glitch through a wall when you can easily click to the next area.

Good to know that theres people with Beta access putting it to good use. Waste of a perfectly good beta key.
