It is really annoying trying to farm goblins... You can't enter a treasure realm if you are at a rift, so it sucks... xD
So any goblins killed in a rift have a 0% chance of opening the portal to Greed's domain? I was hoping I'd get a portal after I killed like 20 goblins from a goblin rift I had but no dice.
I don't want the wings to be attached to my account and I'm forced to wait until 1st of April before registering my key. They are giving it to everyone until then, no way to opt out. I hope they won't prolong the period... This should be optional as the rest of marketing cosmetics.
You can vendor the wings for 1g I think.

I'm kinda lost here guys. I hear 160k DPS on Torment IV? I have around 250k DPS and around 700-800 ress and Torment III is unplayable for me. Rares pretty much one shot me. Life steal doesn't work at all. First rare pack anihilates me in les than one second. I went down to torment I for testing. How do you guys heal now? Only transcendence? I went full life on hit from paragons. Any tips?
Sounds like you need more toughness. 7-800 res seems good, you probably need more vit and armor. If you've got lots of sockets as emeralds then you're in luck because you can swap them for amethysts. Life steal is 10% effective at lv 60, it does work.
I made a WD and skipped everything except bosses and necessary quests on the PTR. I got legs from Kulle, Belial, Azmodan, Rakanoth and Diablo only. No butcher. Was level 15 at diablo.
They don't look too bad to me, except one of them where the arms were cropped out (since they went all the way to each side of the image), at least they look ok on my computer screen.
In regards to the skill Absorb in this screenshot here http://media.diablofans.com/images/news/exp/incoming.jpg would this mean that DoT damage to your character would do very little damage seeing how DoTs do small damage but hit very rapidly? I believe that DoTs damage every half second, so as long as you don't take 1652 damage per second from the DoT you'll take no damage?

All I got in return was canned corporate jargon. This console bullshit did it for me. Not that I'm opposed to a console version. I'm opposed to the timing. The fact that they had the nerve to do that in the midst of their PC failure. The fact that they are obviously being forced by higher-ups to withhold real change, if it even comes at all, until well after the console so as not to interfere with console sales.

That's kind of the point of a game isn't it, to have fun? Besides, he's playing on console where the drops are nuts so I don't think he'll have a probably, especially in group play where he can be carried if need be.
A point raised often in this thread is that players such as Kripparrian, who play a game many hours a day, are not skilled. They only succeed in what they do because they put in a lot of time. If you don't become good at something for doing something over and over again, how exactly do you achieve the skill?
What is skill determined by? Can knowledge of how a game works be classified as skill? I would say absolutely.
As an example, if you were playing some skill-based game (such as StarCraft) and you knew all of the counters to any build your opponent could be using, you could be considered a skilled player. You've shown that you have played the game a lot, and as such are able to succeed when others may become overwhelmed or confused.
Kripparrian spends so much of his time learning exactly how the game's mechanics work, and he tries to find ways to defeat them, or get around them. In my honest opinion, his knowledge and dedication make him a skilled player, even though he is not the only one out there discovering new strategies and techniques.
From what I know, those people were using Linux as an excuse but they actually did do something against the rules, such as botting. I think you should be fine, but I'm no professional.

The chance of you getting an ilvl 63 item is dependent on what mlvl the monster is, and since in higher monster powers they don't make mlvl68 monsters, you won't see more 63s. However since there will be a buff to mf, you will see better 63s.
The fact that monster power 1 is weaker than current inferno, but makes all monsters mlvl 63 seems like a huge benefit for weaker players, because they can just do act 1 but get act 3 quality drops.
