This is the beginning of an Alice picture I am creating. It will turn out nothing like this, but I just wanted to show you guys this early version of her cause I thought it was cool. I guess I could post updates to the image later or something.

What's a cd cover? And by that I mean I know what a cd cover is, but what is it that you think is a cd cover?

Come on, Grizzly Bear are Jonny Greenwood's favourite band. Jonny Greenwood is the lead guitarist in Radiohead. So they can't be THAT unknown, especially not to Siay.

    And check this out:

    Television appearances
April 22, 2007 – Grizzly Bear performed "Lullabye" on Last Call with Carson Daly.
May 2007 – Characters on Gilmore Girls mentioned Grizzly Bear on a season finale episode.[19]
October 2007 – The song "On a Neck, On a Spit" was featured on an episode of Reaper.
February 2008 – Grizzly Bear's song "Knife" was featured in the season premiere of the UK programme Skins.
March 6, 2008 – Grizzly Bear performed "Knife" on the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson.
April 21, 2008 – Grizzly Bear performed "While You Wait for the Others" on Late Night with Conan O'Brien.
July 23, 2008 - Grizzly Bear performed "Two Weeks" on Late Show with David Letterman.
May 5, 2009 - Grizzly Bear performed "Two Weeks" and "While You Wait for the Others" on Later... with Jools Holland.
June 26, 2009 - Grizzly Bear performed "Cheerleader" on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
July 16, 2009 - Grizzly Bear performed "Ready, Able" on Late Show with David Letterman.
October 12, 2009 - Grizzly Bear performed "Two Weeks" on The Tonight Show With Conan O'Brien.
A short section from "On a Neck On A Spit" is played nightly on [Adult Swim] as an interlude between shows.
December 7, 2009 - The song "Two Weeks" was featured on an episode of How I Met Your Mother.

Haha, thanks Siay, and it always makes my day. But I think that also has a lot to do with me only showing you guys pictures that work in my favour. There are heaps of photos of an ugly me.

But come on, what about the Grizzly Bear pics? How amazing does their performance look? Because it WAS amazing! Do you like GB Siay?

I guess you'd just have to go through the novels and see the kind of names they use. Or go through lists of NPCs. Or at the least just browse the wiki.

My favourite would have to be Mendeln.

At the end of the Veiled prophet, mephisto is asked to leave his mark to earn his trust.

what makes his mark so special?

I remember that part, but its not explained so we don't really know. I guess its just sort of like making a blood pact, but because he's a powerful demon his 'blood' is worth a lot more?

I don't think he looks like an american. There's no baseball cap.

This is me and my friends at Sunset Sounds festival in Brisbane. We saw Grizzly Bear! And were right up the front! We had to sit through Lisa Mitchell to get there, but it was worth it. We also go to see the Yeah Yeah Yeahs! But unfortuantely we didn't get a good spot for them, as they were on a different stage to Grizzly with no time in between to get a good spot.

In case you've forgotten, I'm the one on the right.

OH WAIT, THIS IS THE PICTURE THREAD.

Guys, don't trail off so far. I wanna see pictures of people's lives.

Its weird seeing all that snow. Its such a drastic change! I like seeing it, reminds me of Where The Wild Things Are or Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.

    Ps. Thanks Siay.

I actually thought that the Na'vi are really hot, and both Sam Worthington and Sigourney Weaver look much better in their Avatar form. Its also clearly a reflection of Sigourney's character to show her as being really happy and youthful as an avatar but really grumpy and kinda gross as a human.

Here are some polaroids of me, bitches. I organised a camping trip for me and my uni friends (pretty much my whole class are good friends), and one of my friends, Nic, owns a polaroid camera.

Ohhh I get, I can vote for mods but I can't vote for 'thread managers'. I assumed 'manager' was a new name for 'mod'.

Still, the people I really wanna vote for are either a manager or don't want to be nominated.

Okay wait, I'll vote for Zhar and not Jetrall.
