Well, Seluhir is also "confirming" on this post so.... so far that's a whopping total of 2 people. We'll find out soon.

If you look at any of the craftable items, it will show a picture of what Artisan it requires to make it, along with the materials.

Servers are currently down to implement the 4th patch of Diablo 3.

This really gets me thinking...are wands/orbs even going to considered by Wizards if spell damage is based off your weapon?

Staff = 255 damage every 1.0 seconds
Wand = ~137 damage every 1.2 seconds

Seems like spells would just be much more powerful when using a staff.

A lot of the wands seem to have xx-xx% wizard damage increase. Also you aren't accounting for the orb offhand that you would be able to use.

Things people need to remember about spells like these:

450% of weapon damage does not equal 450% of DPS.

If a 255 DPS staff has an attack speed of .65 or something than the damage can be less than expected if you were to multiplying by DPS

(I know this happens to be the case where the attack speed is 1 so... i'll shut up )

Yeah first, it seems pretty obvious (to me) that opt-in were not or very minimally included into the closed beta as of now. This is based on the low number of people actually playing beta in public games (little increase according to beta players... like 5-10 people more)


Second, even though we are expecting (hoping) invites to go out soon to opt-in's... there was no guarantee the first opt-in wave would start today. I really hope it does, but there are still so many bugs and server issues that they could delay it until they felt necessary.


So yes, I will be checking my account today constantly..... But no, I won't be surprised if nobody gets invited today.

My opinions of 3 media streams


Husky - God I was hoping he was just really bad and annoying at SC2.... I was wrong.

Day(9) - He's better than Husky by far. Still, I find him to be too much of a diva and fake at times which comes bleeds through his casting. His play style is good however.

Force - Best. His voice is the least annoying (actually enjoyable in my opinion). You can see he really gets into the game and loves it (If you don't believe me, re-watch the videos. Force actually *umphs* if he is casting while he is using cleave/bash). You can see he obviously knows what he's doing when he plays and likes to keep things moving at a fast pace for his audience.

So, any confirmation on non-press Diablofans getting in yet?

It would be neat (definitely something that could be added in a content patch).

The only reason I would have to disagree that it exists is that nothing has been datamined (to my knowledge) that suggests it exists.

Either just a lame troll or you really are that dumb. There is nothing official on the iPhone 5 so if you worked for Apple you would know the answer already and if not, accept it, no one else does. There's absolutely no way to know if a case will fit a not-yet-announced or even convincingly-leaked breakdown of the new phone. The best thing you can do is assume that it won't as the last two iterations required different cases than their predecessors. Considering how much progress Android has made since the iPhone 4 came out, Apple is going to have to do more than a small iterative upgrade like they tend to do to stay on top.

Oh wow. I guess not keeping up with phone technology makes you really dumb.
