I have to restrain myself from saying something every single time this guy posts. I'm glad someone else did it. Increased, bold font, stacked on top of an embedded video. This is my rageface. Every single post of his is like this.Quote from Lorgarn

Do you think making your text bigger is anything less than really fucking annoying?
My thought exactly, one post with increased font size enough. But a handful? Come on, enough already.
It's good news though, I'm definately excited about Inferno. I really hope they didn't just add another "stage" just to spread out the already existing difficulty. (If that makes sense).
In short, I want Normal/Nightmare/Hell to be as they would've been without Inferno. With Inferno being extremely difficult.
I'm hoping there is a bit of a difficulty ramp to match with the expected gear progression in Inferno, otherwise we'll just be smashing through it by the end, rather than still having to think a bit about those tricky boss fights. -

Honestly, I think everyone is mostly just worried about being able to instantly gear out a character with a credit card and no skill, but they need to remember that somebody has to find this item and decide that selling it for cash is more beneficial than salvaging, selling for gold, saving it for another character, or giving it to a friend.
Chinese Farmers may be able to farm gold fairly easily, but if they have limited Magic Find as well as it seems, they are not going to be able to get Legendaries left and right like in D2, and they have severely limited the teleport functions of every class. -
Jun 16, 2011Prosthesy posted a message on Which Class to Play?I have three friends who are about as obsessed with Blizzard as myself, so we are working on building an effective full team of four. One friend has been infatuated with the Necromancer since day 1 of Diablo 2, so he is going the closest route by choosing the . I've shown every video and summarized the articles on DiabloFans to another friend, and he has his heart set upon the and his/her awesome runestone effects thus far. The third (my brother) ends up playing some kind of magic user or support in most games, and he is considering going a different build of the , or perhaps the .Posted in: News
Given this, I am more than content on playing the remaining two classes, my Number One choice being the (too many years as a healer, it's time to get mad), with the following closely behind (mostly because I just finished playing Diablo 1 again, playing as the Rogue class).
Hopefully the team will be rounded enough to rub 's face in the dirt. - To post a comment, please login or register a new account.

I'm at work right now, but since it's Sunday, I've got my computer. Nearly done with my first playthrough (Barb) and having pretty decent luck with drops!
Thanks all for the congratulations.

I just won the random drawing at D3DB for testing out their character planner! The key is already activated, so don't bother bidding on it. However, I would love to help the community somehow, seeing as the community is the reason I got my key in the first place.
Since all of my characters will be brand new, fresh, and without twinkage, it will be easy for me to answer any and all questions regarding ability scaling from levels 1-13. In addition, I will try any skill builds anyone wants to see, answer any questions about a certain combination of skills, and answer anything else you can think of that DiabloFans/Force are not already working on.
Unfortunately, my computer can't really handle 1080p Diablo III alongside Fraps, so while I may be able to push out a few short videos for certain skill builds for you guys, I won't be able to do playthroughs. But you've seen enough of those anyway.
Also, I was an avid MFer in Diablo 2, so I will be searching high and low for anything worth reporting loot-wise.
Hope to see many more of you in the Beta soon, and all of you at release!

Please explain to me how a 1 to 4-player game is MMO. The only thing in the game resembling any Massive Multiplayer is the Auction House, which is a. Optional and b. Indirect.
Do you know anyone who purchased a new copy of Diablo II just to play a mod? I doubt it. I'm sure a handful exist somewhere, but nothing significant.
However, the real issue with modding and emulation is: OFFLINE PLAY. If you've done any research online, you would know that the client can already be downloaded. With modding and emulation, you've just opened up the door to Pirating, which obviously Blizzard is going to avoid at all costs. Just a simple fact, and if I was a business that spent this long producing something, I wouldn't want anyone getting it for free by any means.

Countless meaning like 2 or 3.

Anyone else have similar experiences while breaking the F5 key? Thinking for just a split second that you got into the beta?

Between December 25th and January 1st, I should be visiting my family, so I will probably be going out and doing things with them until it's time to kick it to Gamestop with my brother and his friend for the midnight release, and pick up my Collector's Edition after trying not to get too close to any of the other people there, nerds in Orange County are usually creepy and lame, and don't know how to talk to people. After that, do what we did with Super Smash Brothers Brawl: play for 16 hours straight, maybe more, then pass out sometime in the afternoon.
If it comes out after or before, I'll probably have work until 7:00, then I'll show up as close to midnight as possible (to avoid everyone) and pick up my Collector's Edition, shit my pants on the train ride home, and play until 3-4 AM, depending on when I work the next day. Will definitely have my friend over playing alongside me, with pizza and beer.
