not possible, you need an artisan to remove, and artisans are back in town i think. So unless your right next to a waypoint and have unbelievable speed, no youll cant cast two different hydras

Ok I think i got it one more question though, is just a normal attack being counted as 1 of the 7 skills? Rather if the left mouse is assigned to an actual skill can you not do a normal attack (and if normal attak is not assigned somewhere else)?
Even though cursor-key is faster, I think Maka means its not as natural. In general when doing a task using a mouse, your first thought is to point to it and automatically the next thought is to select it somehow, not to reach for the keyboard. Actually now that I think of it, in this case cursor-key is slower than cursor-key-click because with cursor-key should actually be cursor-reach-key (you have to reach/point to the keyboard). In other words it takes longer to select a skill through keys 1-4 than it does to access a skill via the right mouse button because of the movement involved in pointing to numbers 1-4; whereas on the mouse your finger is generally already in place.
Hmmm now you have me staring at my mouse.....

yeh, thats what i was afraid of unless you have a 7 button mouse. As i understand it though there are three ways to use a skill (which is nice) the 1-4 key (which I guess means you can only choose 4 skills doing this), the left click (which I assume cant be changed in battle, you pick 1 skill to go there), and the right click (where you can tab or scroll through all 7 skills)

So you right click to cast a skill; and mouse wheel or hit keys 1-7 to select a skill?

So my question is: how are they going to do this in D3?
Take the wizard for example. I have 7 skill slots and only 2 mouse buttons (at least thats the minimum that you must plan for) I can assign a skill a piece to my left and right mouse but then what do I do with skill 3-7 when I want to cast them? Do I press '3' and it gets immediatly cast? Do I press '3' and then click with a mouse button (in this case youd have to keep pressing 3 and the mouse button to spam itd be like: tap-tap tap-tap tap-tap)? Or is it more like the old system where pressing 1-7 moves that skill to one of the two mouse buttons?
It seems like every option other than the old system isn't too ergonomically friendly so I currently have my fingers crossed that a response says: "The last option"

Healing globes at least introduce a very small and yet still fair strategy, the best part being that players who use movement skills can still gain an advantage over characters that deck themselves out in offensive and defensive skills.
Oh and I doubt there will be "health globe camping" I watched the pvp videos, you better be attacking or moving or you get whirlwinded by a barb or meteored; then youll need a lot more than one health globe to make up the difference.

So here's my theory:
Let's see keepin it simple: DI- hero saves world, DII- hero is corrupted by Diablo becomes diablo and heroes unite to save sanctuary with the help of an angel and an old man. Now what could top that?
How bout DIII- Diablo has corrupted an angel (probably Imperius), The angels pick up on this and strip Imperius of his powers and send him to sanctuary for humans to deal with, Unfortanetly they underestimate the power of a demonic-angel and Imperius brings back Diablo and the two wage war on heaven and sanctuary. The ending battle is fighting Diablo and Imperius at the same time.
My second theory is that Diablo is the father of both Imperius and Tyrael and Tryael must choose whether or not to join the dark side with Imperius.

That said, I got two points I was just itching to make reading this thread, I may get flammed I understand the dangers
1. I have to agree with Equinox for the most part, any "I can see what you got!" feature is pretty anti-customizing and anti-pvping. Since Eq already explained throughout the thread Ill keep it short and just say its sort of like playing poker with all the cards face up. True it helps you out, True a lot of terrible players would like that, But it would also make the game very very boring. Yeh theres 96 billion combos or something but you'd be surprised how fast you can dwindle that number by having access to thousands if not millions of builds and how successful they are.
2. I have to say this. But I see comparisons for DIII to Eve, WoW, D&D (did someone say this? no) but I personally think that the fairest comparison is a game Ive played for a while, came out around the same time as WoW, and if Im not mistaken involved some ex DII developers: Guild Wars. I know some of you are thinking "uh oh 'Gay Wars' again " but seriously, the core character system of GW and DIII are strikingly similar Im surprised no one else picked up on it. Ill keep the explanation short but basically skill builds are ALL about GW, like DIII Im talking billions of combinations. Now in GW, the devs, decided to constantly balance skills and NOT allow other players to view builds involuntarily in order to keep pvp competitive, ever-changing, and unpredictable-----
apparently some of the participants in this thread (for some reason this includes all the moderators???) seem to think it would be a good idea to know your Opponents:
specific skills
skill order
skill level
what armor their wearing
the armor's stats
their weapon and weapon stats
charms
rings
necklaces
stats of the last three above
Analogy: they dont want to study and just want the answers before taking the test.-- Personally, I find these type of people to be quite uncompetitive and dishonorable
If you think this is a competitive way to play, please, oh very very please do explain how its "competitive" at all..
