Does the DPI difference make a difference?
The logitech appears to have up to 1600 DPI, unless I'm reading something wrong.

    G500 looks butt ugly. :P
Seems full of win besides that, though. 5700 dpi, 10 buttons...
Some reports about bad buttons though, both on this one and on the 518. My MS mouse still works fine 8 year later.

On my side it's been only 3 month that I have the G500, so I can't give you an accurate feedback on the durability. However, after 3 month no sign of failure :hehe:

hello, what would you do with 5 buttons?

the MX-518 is the greatest gaming mouse :)

I'm using the logitech G500 and it's satisfied my gaming standard.

Playing games like: WoW, COD, D2, SC2, Fallout3, etc.

You can add some weight to calibrate how heavy you want the mouse. On my side I just put all the heavier mass so it feels more accurate and ''stick'' on the table.

I'm using this mouse on Solidworks and the match is perfect. Just cost around 60$.

posted a message on Diablo 3 - Immune
Thanks Scyber for the precision on that topic.

I think the conclusion of this is we cannot compare D2 and D3, because in D2, you have to main spec on 1 element to be more effective with the synergy. This is paradoxal for a solo player like me because the ecounters have immunity in hell and nightmare.

Synergy is cool, but in the same way it can force the player to select preselected skills and remove this kind of freedom because the other build become obsolete in front of the synergy build.

At least if they keep synergy, they should spreak over a maximum of 3-4 skills, because over this it will compromise the freedom of builds.

But when I saw what Jay Wilson said about immunity, I think we should not worry about this.

posted a message on Diablo 3 - Immune
I just started a trap assassin in D2 few weeks back. I'm a lone wolf and like to solo this game, but when I reach hell with immune lightning I'm screw. I have to run and find no lightning immune mobs and kill them and then explode their body to kill the immune.

I know that this topic was already mentionned before but I can't find it back. Anyway is there any blue post on immune encounters and how this mechanic will work ?

    Thank you

posted a message on Are you bored with D2?
Yes, I'm bored by the fact that you can be lvl 70 pretty fast by following one dude that kill everything and send you the tp.

I guess in Diablo 3 this kind of rush will be out, because there is no TP.

The bots are another annoying things that spoil the experience. I hope Blizzard will be more present in Diablo 3 to avoid this kind third party application.
