One of the largest aspects of Diablo 2 and Diablo 3 was trading, you can't deny that. And what do you mean by "don't just be able to buy it"? All I want is some kind of trading system where I can trade my items and/or gold with someone else's items.Quote from Punkskelm
There will be no more trading as the core of Diablo is about farming for better gear na dnot just be able to buy it.

Feb 27, 2014I wasn't following D3 for quite some time but wasn't able to find any info on trading system apart from Legendaries & Set items being BoA and not being able to trade gold.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
For example I found amazing rare item, how do I make it available for everyone who may be interested in it to see it?
Oct 3, 2013Everytime I use site with smartphone on Android 4.3 I get mini freezes of 1-2 seconds every 5 seconds or so, and also site refreshes every time I scroll the page.Posted in: Site Suggestions and Questions
It only happens on this website.
Sep 19, 2013I think the solution is to make a trade chat system where you can sort and at least search for items in some way. I am not taking about detailed search like ah has of course.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
If that's not the case then jsp will be alive again and I myself will happily use it. After all this game is about being as efficient s possible (for most users at least )
Sep 19, 2013Kblavkalash posted a message on No, they won't replace the AH. Trade needs to be painful.I don't understand... they remove AHs so people play the game itself more, but with in-game trade being the only trade option people will spend days and days just looking for items they want. I am not even mentioning that trading sites will shine and a lot of people will just spend their time their.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
Yeah I may have spent hundreds of hours in AH in Diablo 3, but I spent just as much or more hours in trading sites in Diablo 2.
That said, I see a lot of advantages of removing AHs.

May 22, 2013- Some kind of endless dungeon.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
- Good PvP system. Arena seems like an awesome system if it would have 4x4, 3x3, 2x2, 1x1 modes in it.
- Ladder resets. It's the most important thing if you want people returning to your game every X months. There is nothing more exciting than starting fresh character with everyone else.
- Improved itemization. Because now most rares are again quite worthless, and at lof ot uniques are OP in comparison. Not to mention a lot of uniques are BIS.
May 21, 2013One more question i got, is all for one passive, is really mandatory? Or is it possible to use instead some other defensive passive and just get high all res count?Posted in: Monk: The Inner Sanctuary
Also what about sun keeper as a wep for monk. ~1k dps, socket, 7% to elites, 40% mf, life steal.

Don't forget you've got cooldowns to take into account too. It doesn't matter how much spirit you generate in 30s if SSS is still on cooldown.
But overall it's pretty much a tradeoff of how you want to play, and with the procs 2x1H is generally better.
Yeah but most widely used spirit spenders have no cd, so this ain't a problem ;p
May 21, 2013Thanks everyone, really helped.Posted in: Monk: The Inner Sanctuary

5 - I might be wrong but, slower weapons hit harder, e.g if you're using Bells, mace/spear will hit harder than swords/daggers/fist. Faster weapons means smaller, faster health regain (LS or LoH), and more procs of SW:Cyclones.
This applies to all classes really, slower heaver weapons hit harder and are better for resources spenders, smaller faster weapons are better for procs and resource generation but each hit will do less damage.
I don't understand this "slower weapons are better for spirit spenders" things. I mean if you have slower weapons, then you generate spirit slower, and vice versa, if you got faster weapons, yes it drains spirit faster with spenders, but it generates faster. Looks like it should be around equal.
May 21, 2013Sup everyone. I never made a Monk before, so got some questions.Posted in: Monk: The Inner Sanctuary
My goal: farm softcore on as high MP as possible as fast as possible.
1. Can I use Lacuni bracers for 8% IAS + crit, but no resists, or it's not really viable?
2. Is Life after each kill still really useful? I think of getting it on weapon instead of LS due to LS being very expensive.
3. Is Won Khim Lau really worth getting? I have no idea how much that lightning damage helps, maybe it's just better to get good rare?
4. What about 2nd weapon, what's up with Echoing fury, maybe i can just get similar rare weapon, because i don't see why it's so good apart from some extra speed.
5. Does weapon speed matter much for monk? For example is it much better of getting same DPS sword instead of mace?
Pretty much this, thanks for any advice

Hahaha Jay... I think he is just lying now. How any clear minded person can think that most people won't use AH? If you think that way then you never even played D2, because D2 was all about trading and items.
D2 was not all about trading. Majority of people in D2 never traded publicly. This was discussed over and over and over again here before.
Really? Would you mind giving me some statistics on this topic then or you just heard it on forums?

The AH/trading was never the problem, loot always has been.
From Normal to Hell difficulties there's no AR and you don't need it but then you'd get to Inferno and you'd hit a brick wall because you needed >300AR to even farm A1 but how were you going to get AR when it only came from drops in Inferno? Many players quit at A1 Inferno because of this and the few that progressed did it thanks to trading. If you take away trading then the game dies there at A1 Inferno.
In order for trading to be less relevant the average quality of gear needs to be raised. However there are far too few stats that we rely on so if they just raise the quality and leave everything else alone then all items start looking alike. That's why they need to (and are going to) add more good stats so that gear can still be diverse while being better on average.
First of all the whole drop system was designed with AH in mind. So if you take away AH and redesign loot system you don't have this problem.
That said, I personally really enjoyed super hard inferno on release. It was challenging and very cool, like no other game. Unfortunately then people started AH flipping/trading to make more money and then inferno became much easier. Also thanks to all the crybabies who were mad that they couldn't finish whole game in week, hence blizzard nerfed it so much.
On a side note, D3 for me was all about RMAH, every better item i found i put on RMAH, it became more like a job than a game you could enjoy (like D2).

Something big that most people don't know yet about Monster Power:
Monster Power is considered "on" once you bump it up to Monster Power 1, at which point all monsters in Inferno become level 63. "No Monster Power" means that the system is technically "off," so monster levels will remain the same and you won't get any of the scaling XP/GF/MF boosts.
In others words, the moment you turn on MP, Inferno becomes a constant difficuly across all acts. Act 1 MP1 = Act 4 MP1. Everything is level 63.
if that's the case it's awesome! i am tired of farming just Act3.

1. Bind on account is very very bad. Considering my one ring costs 50 mil, i have no chance of improving rings..
2. They put so much time on voice acting but it's mainly so childish and badly executed.. all voice acting was done like for 8 year old kids.
3. Skill swapping - no no no. Maybe 1 skill in 5 minutes in case you wanna try something new, but not free skills swapping or it will remove all customization.
