Does sweeping wind - master of wind (cold rune) chill targets increasing crit chance on chilled targets by 10%?
Or do I have to use a cold rune on a generator to proc this +10% crit chance on mobs?
Also, if you had 50% crit chance with your gear, by using ice blink would it effectively make it 60% crit chance on mobs chilled?
And lastly, is this +10% crit chance provided to the group or just yourself?

Does Ice Blink's (+10% chance to crit) trigger off of Sweeping wind - Master of wind rune (Cold dmg) ?
Does it put a chill effect on mobs that can give me an extra 10% crit when I use a generator with a different element dmg to attack?
Or would i have to use a generator with a rune that changes my attack dmg to cold to get it to trigger?
