I was able to do all of Act 3 with 50 life on hit. It's definitely great if you can get it, but it's not entirely necessary.

My other approximate buffed stats were: Health: 72,000 Armor 10100, All Resist: 680, Block chance: 22%, DPS: 11k.

The problem with the BS recipes is that all levels of plans are ilvl 62. The only thing you get from the higher level plans (Exalted, Exalted Fine, Exalted Grand) is one additional attribute.

Worst affix combo imo is Firechain + Jailer. Every additional affix to this, just makes it increase tenfold.

I also hate Molten because I rolled an unlucky affix on a great set of bracers that give me a 3% chance to knockback. -.-

Since ranged champs have one, why not melee.

I added Invulnerable minions to the poll. I believe it's still correct by votes, but if you need to delete and revote do so.

The only enrage timers I've seen on inferno are on the Butcher and Champ mobs. I know for a fact that the Skeleton King and Zoltun Kulle do not have enrage timers, but I'm not sure about Magdha, Belial, or Act 3 +4 bosses.

There are a couple of programs that allow you to extend the windows bar over to the other monitor (DisplayFusion is pretty cheap if you're opposed to pirating) and you could always just move your icons over. Setting a main monitor is the most simple and convenient way imo.
