now for zons.. if your gonna make a zon i say make a javazon. Javazons are one of the most beast melee pvp classes in the game if geared right, and you know how to play. People think smiters are OP, when my java would 1 shot em. it did 10.2k charged strike damage (10-12 charged bolts = 100k+ ez) then i had very fast attack speed, and all my charms were faster run... so even your running and your char stops to attack and you would miss... your charged bolts still release and kill the person. smiters you run and lightning fury until he twitches and charge strike him. i dont think theres any class that has a real advantage over a javazon. btw i had a perf griffians... <3. (one of the rarest/expensive items in the game).

thats a lot of talk. care to wager some items/hrs in a duel vs my smiter? :P

lol, i quit diablo 2. i gave away my account. smiters couldnt do shit to my zon. 60+ dodges, 75% block. so chrage wont even hit me. your smite would because its so fast. that being said it takes about... 4 hits to kill me with a smiter. takes me one shot to kill a smiter. its not hard at all.. ive killed smiters that are MAX geared you can possibley get in the game... eth exile, near perf grief, skill gc's with 40 life. all that crap. the smiter was a good friend of mine. and i beat him 9/10 times. btw. i can run a lot faster then your charge... AND if i wanna be really cheap ill just run and lightning fury you till you die. since you cant ever catch me...

in my opinion lite sorc's suck... they take so long to cast there lightning spells. For as cold. orb is pretty dam fun, but if they got res + thaw potion. your not gonna do much damage at all. blizzard sorc's i havent tried that much at all. they can be very very good as long as you can predict where your target is. so basicly you need good aim or it will be terrible. I like f-ball sorc's because its insanly fast to cast and its pretty much a 1 hit KO. my fire sorc did 32k fireball. on a sorc thats a 1 shot easily. when i fought lite sorc's i could shoot 2-3 fire balls and dodge his lite attacks easily.

one class i would recommend trying is a ele druid. i prefer wind, over fire. ele druids are extremely fun. and being wind you cant have a res against them.

Also works for a bone necro too. very fun class. kinda need skill as a pvp'er to use them though. seeing as you need to switch back and forth from about 6 skills in pvp.

    Quote from Hans

    The Immortals’ Grand Championships

This event is similar to the old Game Face pitting Iaigiri Assassins against Concentrate Barbs as well as the Tank Commander Wrecking Ball tourney. This time around life and experience are also being added. But, more importantly, all scoring components are much more accurate given some adjustments I’ve made. There’s no getting around the fact that certain classes have their inherent advantages, but I’ve really made serious attempts to weight components accordingly to provide more build options.

    RULES

Character. Create a new character. Register before beginning and always use the Current Patch. Playing under the Community Patch at the wiki is acceptable.

Multiplay. This is a single player event. No multiplay.

    Skill/Stat reallocationis not allowed.

Shared Stash. Any time you begin a new Act (including Act I Normal) you’re allowed to pull 3 items out of Shared Stash. With the exception of things that house multiple items such as collectors and scroll books, anything you have in Shared Stash is fair game as long as the item was made legitimately and you did not dupe to enhance an item’s mods. Once you begin an Act, Shared Stash then becomes locked until beginning the next Act.

Rerunning. Rerunning is unlimited. Returning to previous Difficulties is also fine.

Equipment. No equipment restrictions except you cannot forge the Damage Augmentor.

Skill Restrictions. Your killing skill must be melee only. CtC spells are fine as well as melee AoE skills such as Thunder Strike and Charged Claws. You’re allowed auras and buffs on the right mouse button, but no damaging AoE skills such as War Cry, holy auras, or Winter Fury. With the exception of buff summons such as the Druid's Oak Sage and Heart of Wolverine, any summon that deals direct damage is banned.

    Mercs. No restrictions.

Death. Death equals an RIP in the table. You may enter as many times as you wish.

    SCORING

All scoring components must be noted at one point in time — i.e. one skill set and one set of gear on your character and merc. Skills and gear cannot be changed moving from one component to another.

A table update can only be made after an Act Boss or Nihlathak fight at /players8. Table updates must also be based on gear worn during those specific battles. Additional endgame gear tweaking is fine, but gear must still be “proven” afterwards with an Act Boss or Nihlathak battle. And once you have updated the table, you cannot update the table again based on an Act Boss you have already killed (Hell Baal / Hell Nihlathak are the only exceptions to that rule).

Experience — Divide your total Experience by 5000.

Damage — First, open your inventory and mouse over your weapon. Average the low and high numbers. Multiply your average weapon damage by 100.
Next, open your character screen and note your damage stat (again, average the high and the low) after buffs and auras have been activated.
Finally, add the two damage figures together and multiply by 1.5.

Defense — Open your character screen and take your defense number after any buffs and auras have been cast. If your main killing skill has a defense bonus (Concentrate/Iaigiri) or penalty (Berserk), then you need to take the stat while swinging a weapon.

Life — Open your character screen or simply look at your life orb and note your total life after any buffs and auras have been cast. Multiply by 30.

Now just add your Experience, Damage, Defense, and Life together for your Total.

    ******************************

Tournament is Active. Register and Begin Anytime.

    Good luck, Immortals! — Metro

Having a pet demon would both help her and please her(assuming she hates demons and want them to suffer, if that is even possible), she has a hard time killing demons why not have one for you too. Plus she's a hunter, hunter are required to have pets.
Also, Barbarians are big and fearless, Wizards have their magic, Monks are trained to be weapons, Witch doctor revives dead things, the demon hunter just shoots their asses, a useful pet would be very helpful to her, apart from not leaving her lonely

in my opinion i think you should be able to choose from like 3 pets, such as a tanking pet, or a damage pet, or a skill user pet. it would add more diversity to peoples builds and make it a lot more interesting. of course only being able to summon one of them at a time.. and only being able to spec for one of the types of pets in the game. would be pretty sweet.

posted a message on Armor Types
Are there going to be armor types such as barbs would be able (should be ) using plate armor.
and wizards be using cloth, or a light leather? because if everyone has the same type of armor it doesnt make sense.
why would a wizard carry around heavy armor? and of course barbs would have the heaviest most protective armor.
    just wanted to know.

posted a message on Class Calculators
They're all so different mainly because Blizzard has been changing the way the skills are handled repeatedly since starting development.
    [/quote]

ohh. what i also dont understand is that for right now max level cap is 60. and yet for some traits.. or (talents) whatever you wanna call it. there are a few things that can be maxed for 15 points invested into... you can easily
put 80+ points in one tree alone. i hope they only make talents points invested into one skill around 5. or 10 MAX.
15, is way too much in my opinon.

posted a message on Class Calculators
I've been to a few sites where there are diablo 3 class calculators. and they all seem different in there own way.
I'd like to see one that blizzard actually comes out with, so that i know its legit... im leaning towards the barb
for my first char. ( zerk spec ) just because movement speed + wirlwind will be insanly beast. Also that its
uninteruptable is amazing. Just wanted to know if they are going to come out with any calculators soon.
