Just got a gift drop and I have three possible weapons to use it on right now and I'm not quite sure which is optimal. using a tempest rush/sunwako build
1.) not sure if the dmg vs. elites trumps everything else. 2.)i'm not sure how good the intangible atk speed double is for spirit generation and dps 3.) as for the paddle I dont really NEED the CDR, although it would allow me to swap a rune that im using for spirit generation for dmg instead.
