I agree with Lovedoll, although i have never seen castlevania before the resolution between the background and the inventory/UI is noticeably different. The inventory also has a different style of design to it, it has much smoother and rounded edges to it. http://kotaku.com/5568945/castlevania-lords-of-shadow I googled Castlevania: Lord of Shawdows screenshots and found this (the second screenshot), they seem very similar to me. o.O
Do you draw them on paper and scan them onto the computer to colour them? I'm curious to know because i scanned my art onto the computer but it lost a lot of detail and quality that is hard to fix with just a mouse.
The wave defense idea sounds awesome, they could turn it into a mini-game almost where you would set up defenses like walls and guard towers to help you defend the town. It reminds me of all the custom tower defense games from Warcraft 3 that i love to play. The dungeons also sounds really cool and for the sake of not taking up too much space on the map it makes sense, since its practically 99% underground but it would be nice for some variation to the dungeons. If they made an extension to the map they could put a massive mausoleum to go into or perhaps a huge tower.
The Nile Warrior is great! I was at a loss for a name and i pictured it green in my mind so all i could get was Goblin Overlord, so if you don't mind I'm going to change the name. I would have really liked to do this on the computer with a tablet because i feel that it could have a lot more potential that way, but oh well.
If someone would like to do Lore or Mechanics for the Goblin Overlord, go for it. You could do a first person story of the Overlord growing up for the Lore but i have no initiative to write, but that's only a suggestion.
It took many different stages of drawing to get to this one, i had different posses for the overlord and a few different weapons in some of the other drawings. One of my favorite weapons, apart from this club with a bunch of nails driven through it, was a massive scimitar with a serrated cutting edge. When i drew this final copy i didn't plan it out really so i drew it on art paper that was almost twice the size of my scanner so i had to piece it together in photo-shop and it lost some of the quality when it was scanned.
It basically states that (with quotes from blizzard) that Blizzard intends to release Diablo 3 before the starcraft 2 expansion. The expansion is expected to come out one year after the release, so in conclusion, Diablo 3 would hopefully be released with 12 months. I also read on this forum that Blizzcon is going to be 80% about Diablo 3 but i cna't find the thread so it may or may not be true.
