If you watch the game play video with the Barb from 08 (I know this video is old and things have changed) you see him wearing a Gothic set. Unlike the D2 Gothic chest piece which was pretty much a full plate on a Barb besides the spikes on the shoulders were missing. The D3 Gothic plate covers up way less than the D2 version did.

Just thought I'd stop by and introduce myself. If your wondering about my name the first part Merc part is just like you think a merenary and the dawg part comes from my years as a Devil dog for the US military. I had a few years of D2 before I left in 2003 when I joined the military. Now it seems that D3 will be here soon in blizzard terms so im looking forward to it and making some friends around here on diablofans to game with when D3 drops

I've did some searching on release dates with Blizzard games. Over the years it seems that any game in the Diablo or Starcraft universe has a late spring or early summer release. But any game based in Warcraft has been released in the holiday season. Just a little information for all the people wondering what quarter D3 could possibly release in.
