I dunno why i feel like complaining about this, but seismic slam just looks gross =/
that doesnt look like what a seismic slam would do, nor do i like the old seismic slam effects, creating a bunch of splotchy indentations ? like he threw a bunch of rocks or something, wtf? it just looks.... gross =/

arent those kind of the same? what difference does it make if you get a greater range ,or suck enemies in, and if there is a difference, why not just choose suck them in?
the only difference I can see is, sucking them in might be better because it probably has a greater suck range then simply increasing your range.
but me thinks one should do something different. maybe deal more damage, but lower defense while attacking.

roflmfao ok, but comon, mauls knocking things down more often, and shields taking your attack speed down a notch are perfectly logical, and not really physics dependent.

Do bigger weapons such as mauls have a higher chance to knock down enemies?
do bigger shields restrict movement/ attack speed?
can you run enemies off a cliff?, or impale them on to spikey things on the level?
are there going to be chain type weapons to disarm, or choke enemies?
so far the biggest one ive heard of is you can use the surrounding terrain to fight enemies, ei throw chairs and what not?

to answer your question, no I cant really see a WD going into hell, and slaying the lord of terror himself, but I can see a monk doing it.
Yes, I am worried about Diablo 3, if they actually manage to successfully make a balanced game, with balanced characters, and skills, it will be great, and will also be the first in the Diablo series to do so, but I guess there is a first for everything.
About the graphics, yeah I guess it could use a little more texture? but what can you do.
one thing they can do is maybe add some sort of filter? something like this sholdnt be too hard, for all you people who want it darker/less colorful it should be easy to implement a filter to do that, or you could simply turn down the color, and up the contrast on your monitor
also keep in mind they could do a lot to the graphics before it comes out, so dont give up hope yet. For example ive seen 3 different Whirl Wind animations from watching videos, they update things a lot.
