Thank you a lot, SpiritusSanctus7.
For me it was enough to:
- Tick "Disable desktop composition" under "Compatibility" in "Diablo.exe" properties.
- Leave "Screen Resolution" window open while playing D1 (didn't have to change anything there exactly as you said).
np, your welcome!

It's either the rogue statue or a cross which can be seen on the map itself.
So are you saying its random? I Dont see a cross, but I see a garden like stone, and on the map it looks like a cross shape.
Can you be a little more pacific
Nov 8, 2010I wouldnt feel oddly, at all for being in my 40's, and still playing any games that I love,Posted in: Diablo II
including diablo series! Thumbs up for all those old gamers out there. More old gamers
eventually, could make game developers, make less colorful games, and more like d1 style. <-Just My Idea.
Even thow I am going to be 25 next year, I can still see my self, playing games till I kick the bucket
Sep 17, 2010As Zhar, Said it does play quite well indeed, But one thing I must disagree with is Sorcerer is not that hard! I managed, to complete Hell difficulty, and apocalypse does help You Just got to have some luck, with sorcerer thats all As for the friends over, I wish they played Diablo The features of the playstation release, are a little bit better graphics , like for example, In Town the river you can see your reflection, and there are crows when you walk by cain, and you can adjust the game speed, from normal to fast. Fast is more action pace, and more deadly, and risky. As I also mentioned, You can play all three difficulty's, and play two player single player game. I must say two player feature is nice, all the more because, Three is no half of a screen! And the last thing the dark wanderer end cinematic is different just look at this youtube video for example.Posted in: Diablo I & Hellfire
Aug 6, 2010Well to be very blunt, its ok, but I never really ever liked desktop shortcuts, or I never ever use them I always go to the start menu, and so on. also atm I hide the recycle bins, and autohide the taskbar, or whatever and now that I am using windows seven :sorcerer: I use the taskbar shortcuts and always hd wallpapers.Posted in: General Discussion
Aug 6, 2010As arry2007uk, wrote having it on the psp with cfw= custom firmware is the best thing. I have played it well on campus, bathroom, in my town house, and on the way walking to school and at the bar. xD also please never try, to play it well driving..Posted in: Diablo II

NOT EVEN DEATH CAN SAVE YOU FROM ME!!!
Seriously, who/what can top that?
Most definitely agree with that That to is my favorite sound, also "The Smell of life surrounds me" but that was taken
out of the game But some mods have it like Diablo 2 The Aftermath

It WAS in the battle chest. No longer. For us chumps who didn't invest we're left with our pants down!
And what possible trouble could they be asking for with a digital download?
The Trouble is making the game easier for pirating >Just My two cents.

There is a monkey island 1 and 2 special edition that were released not long ago. It would be nice to see something similar done to D1.
There has been already a million releases of jewel cases, of Diablo, and it was included in battle chest. Like others have said having a digital download is asking for trouble..
I kinda meant a special edition of D1 with slight graphic and gameplay enhancements. Maybe integrated into D2's engine but keeping the D1 feel. Anyway yea...
I understand The new gameplay graphical, and enhancements, but why on earth would the want to the game is more than ten years old! what are the chances of that. you know?
