There is another form to appeal the ban than sending a support ticket. This way you supposely also get access to the data they collected on your behalve.
Quote: "Not really, I had to try another appeal form, but got that if I wanted access to my personal info about the case or so, I had to send a letter (no contact form or email) to the legal department."
The point is they dont know with certainty, whatever the translation is.
Being sure someone's ban is justified after looking it up, is good enough.
You make it sound like "we were not really sure, so we flipped a coin and you lost", but in reality it was more like "we're 99.9% sure you cheated, with the 0.1% chance of skynet messing with our data"
Either they are certain or they are not. Simple as that. And as their reply says they are not 100% certain.
they don't have to be.
Its a warden that detects a program on your PC and it does not have to be certain? Really? The 3rd party program is either there or its not. Everything else would just be up in the air decision making, and leaves every player wide open to bans for nothing.

For info as it might help to find out any common denominator, i have a Logitech mouse with the standard Logitech Gaming Software provided by Logitech and a Nvidia GPU with the usual Geforce Experience driver software, a program called f.lux to adjust monitor brightness and color, and AI Suite for the motherboard that comes with ASUS.
I got a reply to my support ticket i wrote to Blizzard and they say that the Hacksteam are already investigating those cases further. And its not possible to do it for one account only.
So it looks like this an issue that goes back to the warden and its detection pattern resulting in false-positives. So i suggest that everyone that got affected by this false-ban to write to Blizzard directly to raise awareness on their end on this issue.

The point is they dont know with certainty, whatever the translation is, and still ban.

Got a 2nd reply

For non German speakers, they say that they are almost sure i used a 3rd party program.
So they obviously do not know for sure or have certain proof, but ban anyways.

People on reddit report more false-positive bans. Blizzard screwed up with Warden settings this time.

Another false-positive ban here.
Community should do something about it, cause randomly banning people is not what keeps this game and player base alive.
2.4k+ paragon and in top 50 leaderboards in 4p. It's so random, you can be the next, Lets bring this to Blizzards attention.
