I don't know what the COE build trade off is in terms of +crit chance vs. BP, but it looks to me like you're on the right path. The CHC tweak above got me to GR60.
You might be a little short on CDR. You could have CDR on both your rings. I don't know if there's a point of diminishing returns on CDR, though -- particularly with COE.
Maybe a hellfire amulet, since you're not getting a set bonus out of your Sunwuko.
Check your paragon to make sure you account for the +12% on the boots vs. the 25% cap.
I followed Quin69's original U6 template for season 4 (I'm aware of the leaderboard change to CoE, but don't have the CHC for that yet).
I can clear a GR58 with time to spare. In GR59, it seems that not only do I fail, it takes me like 23 minutes. I generally skip yellow packs, and try to kill blues if there's density. I'm generally not dying unless I screw up in a GR59, so toughness seems ok. I've cleared a GR65 in a 4-man group, and that went ok and I felt that I was contributing.
Am I missing something fundamental on my gear? I have all ancient gear now -- is it just that I had lousy ancient gear?
Is it just RNG in the GR so that I'm getting low density and need to fish for better?

I was able to swap some gear around and implement some of the changes you suggested.
I gave up some ancient pieces, and sheet dps went down.
But I added CHD on gloves, rings, and neck, bringing CHD to 602%.
I cleared a GR59 right away. Failed a GR60 on the next try. But the GR60 after that was wonderful, and I cleared with 1 minute to spare.
Your suggestions were very helpful! The extra CHD made a big difference.
