Wow Bagstone aggro much? I'm selfish for stating my opinion and the opinion of many others? telling me this game isn't for me when I have been playing Diablo since the beginning and I mean D1. yah grinding has always been part of the game but grinding with some sort of reward in mind whats the reward? going up a greater rift lvl or 2? give me a break.
I have spent years loving this series. Diablo has taken up a lot of my time over the years and I have enjoyed many a night battling in Sanctuary. The game as it currently stands has however gotten very stale for me. 2.4.0-2.4.1 brought little change. cosmetics are nice and all but not really a substitute for content. Once you hit end game all there is to do is push gr's and grind paragon. Item Upgrades come few and far between so basically all you are doing is lvling gems for augmenting and I personally am bored to death with D3 something I didn't think I would ever say. This game for me is currently on life support and without an expansion/new content/ new game whatever will soon be dead. The feeling of getting a "uber" drop just isn't there anymore and to me thats what Diablo was all about, now I can usually gear a char in a day or two with little effort. The "Birthday" announcement made me realize just how boring this game has become.
Blizz doesn't care anymore why should anyone else? Been playing/defending d3 since launch and lets face pushing gr's and para lvls has gotten very boring. Cosmetics are cool and all but they aren't a substitute for content.
Console is dead people need to realize that Blizz doesn't give a damn about console since they have no way to combat the lowlifes destroying the game. And hacking is hacking is hacking doesn't matter what you wanna call it only difference is pc you can report people for doing it and blizz brings out the banhammer from time to time.

For me it has a lot to do with family. when Diablo 1 was still new I was a teenager and I remember my dad picking up the game and me watching him play and as soon as I got a chance at the family pc i started playing it. It ended up becoming a point of discussion between my dad and I.He and I we would talk about new items we had found and it became kind of a competition on how far we had got in the game. By the time D2 came out I was living on my own and my dad and I played it together for countless hours especially after Lod came out. I know a lot of people would disagree with me but I still get the general feeling when I play D3 and finally get that legendary I have been searching for. The only other series I can say that I have been playing this long would be the final fantasy series. for me Diablo has become a family thing and now my 18 year old son is playing as well way more casually than I do but he still loves the game.
I was just thinking the other day that with all the builds in 2.4 there should be maybe a different organization system. On the front page we can only see the 6 most popular builds when with this patch it could be very possible that the next few builds are extremely close in votes but a lot of people won't see them.
I was thinking that it might be cool rather than having class tabs for builds maybe it would be better to have a tab for group builds and a tab for solo builds. So we don't end up just seeing numerous builds for the same class on the home page. Another idea would be to show the most popular build for each class or possibly the most popular group build and the most popular solo build for each class on the homepage. Just some ideas
I'm on n/a got the normal news feed stuff the launcher checked residency and patch indices and then went right to 2.3 when i hit play tho i just got the d3 launch logo been on my screen for over 15 minutes but the game never launched is anyone currently playing?
I played console for awhile until I got tired of all the cheaters and came back to pc. Console did have some cool features tho that I don't understand why they haven't been ported to the pc version mainly the apprentice system. I liked it way better than all the power lvl requests. it made it so you didn't have anything to lose by playing with a lower lvl toon and the low lvl could actually contribute. Another thing is ubers on console if your going for the ammy you don't need act1 key you only need it when crafting a hellfire ring.
It suppose be dungeons when you got the 6 pieces of the set on you. You go in and complete the tasks it needs. Then you can change the looks of the set I think.
Nah been playing on ptr set dungeons are part of seasonal challenges and you can already change the look of sets by transmog the rewards are cosmet wings. I'm not sure if console is even getting the set dungeons since they are tied in with seasons. Console Diablo is dead for me until it is online only competition and fair play don't exist.
I for one don't want to never be able to join a public game without having to worry about having my game ruined by others.
I appreciate the hard work you folks do thats why Dfans is my most trusted source for Diablo info. I have just noticed the spammers a lot more recently.
DiabloFans is my go to spot for everything diablo and I keep seeing all this bs in forums ie: people trying to sell id an passports, and stuff thats not even remotely anything to do with diablo. Seems there needs to be something in place so this stuff doesn't end up polluting the forums.
I as an owner of both a Ps4 and D3 for ps4 would say the ps4 is worth it but not for Diablo. I bought my PS4 at launch with diablo in mind and it wasn't long before i was back playing it on pc. Unless your strictly playing with friends the community on the ps4 version sucks people mod items like crazy and there are some mods that effect other players I had my para boosted 300 lvls instantly in a public game and have been back on pc ever since. I do however still play my ps4 a lot their are a ton of fun games on it and I am still amazed by graphics especially when im playing a new game for the first time.
I think the lvl 70 cains set needs to be dropped to a lvl 60 set. With the exp. change in 2.4 cains set being lvl 70 doesn't make much sense. It's kinda worthless at lvl 70 since the main purpose of cains set is the bonus exp.
While I can appreciate the amount of work that was put into this. Necro wouldn't be my first choice for new class. I guess for me I remember how much they would lag everyone out in D2 and nobody ever wanted necro's in their parties seriously they were annoying as hell. I would be way cool with them being added just not if they are only adding one class. I personally would go with some form of shape-shifter not really sure if the druid is right if I was going to take something from wow I think worgen would be cool I didn't really like them in wow but they could be badass in D3.

Its going to be useless at lvl 70 anyways with the 10% reduction ie: cains will give 5% more exp at 70
