If wikipedia is correct, the game is older than Pyro Studios.

Because I don't really want to be treasure anymore I will even go and say that this game is pretty old.

So its an old pc shooter game during the world war II era. Those clues together should make it pretty easy.

I don't really know what you mean by fantasy. Its not realistic, in that the events never happened and couldn't happen, but the only fantasy type thing is mutant enemies. Besides that there are no magical or mystical things. I hope that answered the question.
