Hey guys, I'm currently playing around between HOTA/SS builds and my current weapons for HOTA and SS are non ancient Gavel (about 3.2k DPS) and FTVP (3.4k DPS). Will the ancient IKBB (3.9k DPS) be a better substitute until I find an ancient Gavel or FTVP? Should I cube the non ancient Gavel / FTVP for their secondary and use ancient IKBB?

I got mine after 500 ish bounties completed. It went straight to my stash. I'm now farming for another one with better rolls.

I thought they didn't send out emails for RoS beta? Someone on official forums mentioned that if you got in, you'll see the option to download the RoS beta client when you login to your Bnet account. He could have been wrong though.

I'm pretty sure that Blizzard has read through your infographic thread (even if they didn't reply to it) so I'm wondering if Nevalistis had your proposal, among others, in mind when she made that statement. If so then that would be disappointing because Blizzard is pretty much saying "We like your idea, but we cannot implement it. Why not tell us instead how we can improve our own systems"

I went to the official forums and liked the post. This has AWESOME written all over it. This is the kind of end game I'm looking for!

I like the idea! Imaging farming for loot and exp, then suddenly one of these orbs drop, pitching you into an uber battle! It's a nice change of pace and certainly breaks the monotony and grindy feel of farming for hours on end. Frequent change of pace while farming would definitely make the end game more interesting. Long hours of doing the same thing is what makes it boring.

Anyway, why the timer? It would suck if I got an orb right before I had to log off. I wouldn't want to be late for work just because I got an orb and didn't want it to go to waste!

That's a lot of +Blizz duration, BDF. Seems that your build is gear dependent then. I was hoping I could use my archon gear and just switch skills, haha! Why the Tal Rasha 4-set by the way? For the 3% cold dmg and AP bonus? Any alternatives?

Well, the prices of FS rubies went from like 500g each to 6k each after release of 1.07 preview!

I don't think anyone knows for sure, but we can take hints from D2 and speculate. Will today's hot items (200m+ Vita/Life Vile Wards, 300m+ CC Mempos, nicely rolled Zuni rings with CC/CD, etc just to name a few) become a thing of the past a year from now? Or will they retain their value even after major patches like PvP have been released?

No doubt the D3 expansion will make these items obsolete as powerful new loot arrive, but that's still far, far away.
