Couldn't you put all the ungrouped affixes like light radius and requirement reduction into a miscellaneous section?
And isn't there increased stack size?
Indeed, I was right. The Dark One Shamans do not randomly spawn, thus they are not listed in levels.txt. Instead, they are always part of the map, and will always appear there in the exact same spot.
I guess that makes sense. I never really paid attention to where the shaman packs spawn.
And I haven't been there in ordinary LoD in a while.
By that reasoning, an item with level 1-4 is exactly the same as lvl 1. If the items has an item level of 1, it can spawn it always, so why specify it as 1.4 if it has no purpose?
Because some affixes have a maximum level that they can't spawn over.

I played Diablo 2 for a while and got bored of it. I then came across Median XL and found it better than original D2.
