I wanna know what they're doing with Whirlwind and Seismic Slam! This sounds awesome.
Double tornado is already too strong. Don't think they are going to do anything about it.
I would have them to bluff Slam.

I am wondering why they didn't say anything about the current number of players playing Diablo 3...

You can have a bot doing Ghom with Mara and kill him in like 5 to 10 seconds in T6. Do something like 60 to 80 games an hour.

The problem is NOT legendary are not dropping. They do drop BUT just the same fxxking craps every time. I can't tell you how many set of BlackThorne I got. How many set of TF (good item), magefist (good item) and tower shield, lidliss eyes. Mickey Mouse amulet, whatever that garbage call.
The game is BOA, there is no need to have more than 1 copy of any item.

I read on some link from Nov 2013 said it is secondary on weapon but D3 forum, some posters claim socket is primary.

So higher expected drop will give you more drop over the long run.

I find more stuff on normal than Torment.
For example: if there is 5% a legendary drop in normal and you can kill 100 elite in an hour, you get 5 legendary per hour on average.
If there is a 10% on Torment one and you can only kill 20 elites an hour, then you get 2 legendary per hour on average.

If anything, RMAH is the only positive thing about D3.
