    David Brevik hand down. If you have played Diablo 2, you will see how complex the D2 system is, yet everything is balance. We started with 5 different classes and all play with a different style. Every class has it's strength and weakness. Like the barbarian: he is a melee class and have massive life, very little mana. Just adding intel to get mana just doesn't make sense for barbarian. The reverse is true for Wizard (D2x change this because of cooldown and unique give too much mana). Necro is simple to wizard, but instead of casting, it summon and use corpse explosion. It is fun to play every class.

    On the other hand D3 system is too simple. Basically you stacks 3 things: DPS (weapon + main st), Life, Resist. All stats give the same thing. If you don't use str/dex/intel and just call it main stats, and disregard the race, all of them look the same. Get 1500 main, 50k life, about 800 to 1k resist. That's it.

    I highly doubt the D3 team actually play the game at all. If they have play it through, they would realize:
    1) inferno is frustrated. It is not hard. It just frustrate when players are swamp with cooldown and monsters cast at will.
    2) No one will play melee because they have a huge disadvantage (D2 strength is on coop)

    WD is nerfed. Yes, the increase damage is good, but over all, the class is the weakness class. If you going to nerfed VQ, at the very least, decrease the resource requirement.

    Wiz take 10 seconds with no passive to recharge all resource. WD requires 13 seconds with VQ active. So how is this a bluff?

    theadzig: yes i am aware of that, so probably killing everything is the way to go after the patch. i still wonder what the droprates of trash is compared to elites. this 4x would be the same as having 400% mf i think, but only if the legendary droprates also would have increased (which they will not for some reason).

    The only thing that is cheap is the mojo. All other gears are share with the wiz.

    The point of that offhand is to help support a niche WD spec, just like the Barb weapon supports ranged barb spec and the Wizard weapon supports melee wizards, it's not supposed to be good for the majority of WDs.

    This you miss the point of the game.

    The single most important mod in the game is damage, w/o damage, you cannot do anything. You can go on with little life/resist, but w/o little damage, you just cannot advance.

    A high 300 damage no mod offline is still better than a 50 dmg with killer mods offhand by a mile.

    Playing WD is frustating. It has 0 bluff and lonnnnnnngggggg cooldown. It is unreal. Those w/o cooldown cannot kill anything.

    While every classes require you use 5 to 6 skills all the time. The WD? You case a skill, wait for cooldown to finish. Repeat.

    The biggest problem I have with 2 handler is slow. I think the weapon should be no slower than 1.1 aps, just like xbox. Have you ever use a 0.9 weapon with no IAS? You hit once and before you recover from the hit, the monster already killed you.
