I'll admit, read the first page and quit cycling, if anything interesting arose, maybe I'll go back...
First, 1 hour, isn't astronomical, but they've already posted a job listing for an art position for Diablo (Game and Project were mentioned, so it's either D4, or D3 expansion.) It also falls under the guidelines of space/time when you consider the rest of thier schedule.
Second, they also have Hearthstone, Starcraft. Legion, Heroes and Overwatch to tide most of Blizzcon, so why (bother) with talking about upcoming changes to Diablo if they're not in the mix until next year?
Third, Diablo at least gets a booth, with 4 tourney's going on, I didn't even expect that much. Unless they somehow came out with a D3 tourney of who can clear the highest GR in under an hour... not really exciting.

Honestly, I'm happy with 2.3 right now, i don't play seasons because i don't have that much excessive time to burn on it so i play Non-Seasonal, I only bought RoS midway through 2.2, and played Vanilla campaign repeatedly. When i got RoS, i was happy with it, 2.2 was ok, 2.3 is a lot better. To me, the only problem right now is the lag issues, and 2.3 basically killed Wizards, Hunters & Crusaders for group play, it forced me to create a zdps barb, whereas i never played barb before, but i'm ok with it because i learned to play a new class. With the paragon levels, yeah it's not as good as it could be, but other people have the time to invest on it, I'm happy that i already reached P915+, 1st time that i got into the solo top 500, yeah you could say i'm a casual player, I'm just happy with playing the current meta right now. I also played Diablo 2 when i was a kid, and to be honest i like Diablo 3 a lot more.

In the asian region on Non Seasonal, almost all of the Groups on the top 1000 on 4 man are using a 2 WD zuni build with health globe barb and heal monk. The top 1 already reached 83, i was actually wondering why Seasonal 4 man is using 2 dps barb instead of 2 DPS wd.
