Due to the dwindling amount of active members in our Europe Division with summer,we atthe Brotherhood have decided to shut down our Europe Division until the release of D3.

That being said, however, our most active Division, East, is still taking on new members. And we are also still taking on West Alliance members as well.

I started playing D2 on a Mac. I hated it with a passion. Been using Windows forever now. Runs perfectly fine for me.

I'm sure that someone, somewhere will do video and upload it. So you probably need not worry about that.

its not that bc its not that hard to get through diablo if you group up, and i want to find out the stuff for myself and dont want it spoiled so if someone from here does it, i can trust them and make sure they wont spoil anything as opposed to someone who is just going through the game to post it online. Plus someone from diablo fans would be more thorough and cater to our needs more than someone who is not.
I totally understand where you are coming from. Like Scyber said, Force is planning on covering all aspects through video which will be showcased here. Force does some good videos. If you haven't seen any you should check them out.

another type of meat you can use in chili is ground lamb, gives a slightly different taste...
I've thought about using lamb, but because lamb is such a nice piece of meat I just don't. There is so much more you can do with lamb on it's own.

You're right, I'm bringing personal emotions into this as a parent. If it were my child, I'd expect the court to make the right choice for course of punishment. I'm also not saying he should get the death penalty either. Just that he should be tried as an adult because of the severity crime.

When someone commits murder, they too just want the person dead. And a lot of times they don't plan it out in that much detail. The fact of the matter is that he still killed his parents in cold blooded murder. The very people that took care of him. Loved him. Provided for him. Not only does he have to live with the fact that they are gone, but also the fact that he took their lives and still should be punished for it. So, are you saying he should just spend time in juvie for it until he's 18 then get out? An adult gets longer for that exact same crime.

Are you equating the cognitive skills of a five year old with that of a 12 year old...? Sure sounded like it. A 12 year old understands death, I'm sorry but they do. A five year old playing with a gun? I might could see that argument. But when a 12 year old goes and gets the gun, chambers a round, walks up to someone else, and pulls the trigger, you can't tell me that the only thing they didn't comprehend was what was gonna happen when that bullet struck the person. That's total fallacy. And as to conceptualizing "right" and "wrong". That is done even before you learn to speak, so whether or not they experience the "big picture, what is the meaning of life" implications of what they just did, they know what they did was wrong.
Exactly. He chambered the round, aimed and pulled the trigger. He knew exactly what he was doing. I also believe that 12 year olds nowadays have a good understanding of death. Might not have when I was a kid, but they do now. It's all around us. Between war, video games(yeah I said it), natural disasters or whatever, they understand what death is.

    But are they adults?

For some reason, I was under the impression that there was a distinction between adult and minor for a reason. Looks like I was wrong. 12 year olds are adults now people!
There is still that difference in the eyes of the Court system, but under certain circumstances, even those revolving around murder, everything changes depending on the severity of the crime and if it is warranted for such a change. If there is circumstantial evidence that proves that it was pre-meditated and planned, because of the calculating that is involved in this, he can be tried as an adult. Because he is showing the thought process of that of an adult.

A 12 year old beating his brother to death just shows nothing but rage and anger. But even though his anger and rage was probably directed to someone else it should not have been taken out on the 2 year old. If the mother or whomever knew of his violent tendencies, then they should have dealt with it sooner.
