    because it is a 32 bit game, they shouldn't have added pain enhancer in the first place. that's the error.

    they can either , upgrade the entire game and rework it to a 64 bit game, or remove such stupid designs or add a internal cooldown /double damage and half the speed on PE and similar spells.

    can u explain a little, how does that work exactly. to me it seem random, i sometime get the 6 pc bonus when killing elites, and the bonus last till i kill the next elite or something, very confusing ...

    read again, it's extremely simple.

    the important part is that you don't kill with fire, you start casting another element, even a generator is fine.

    its not broken, its "balanced" compared to the new sets on other classes. all other builds can do the same damage as firebird can do when it is bugging out..


    easy way to bugg it.. reach 3000% weapon damage on a elite mob so it starts to burn forever, then cast magic weapon again or familiar etc before they die and poof, when they die, it stays on. untill you --kill-- the new elite pack with a fire skill, you can still apply the debuff, but then switch to another non fire spell to keep the buff active.

    not only that, they also added the exp bonus from console when outside rifts so the exp is better then before from going 1-70 and 100 paragon, since almost noone will have recipies for the exp gear anyway at the first hours of the season :)
    i got 1-70 in 5 or 6 hours last season solo, and reached paragon 100 solo same day, will be fun to try it out again when pretty much all abilities have been revised and buffed and exp is greater then ever before.

    don't use the combo that causes lagg, they can't fix it for another month minimum. and then it's still only a workaround at best unless they make an entire new game engine / update to 64 bit.

    I kill elites, and thats about it. only pick up death breath, since I kill them in 1 hit with seven sided strike. Then I don't bother pick up blues or yellow because in the end of the run you have filled your entire stash with caches and have 250 yellow and 400 blues. takes about 10 min for 5 acts, but.. that is if the group is proper...

    But which setup is currently better ? my CoE or BP ?
    CoE has done higher grifts, has a more balanced dps (better for t10) ensuring a 1 SSS kill on elites,
    BP build can overkill elites and just as easily not procc and then your standing there, forced to wait for the next SSS.

    Stats aren't the problem. It's the number of sources of stats that's the problem. They use floating point computation. So calculating 100 and 1000 and 1 million and 1 billion is all the same computational power. But there are so many sources of DoTs and damage and stuff going on that THAT is where it lags.
    then they better add 64 bit source code into their systems pronto.

    because your attacks Procc exploding palm and exploding palm is an Area of effect spell, all attacks hit multiple mobs, area damage also contributes to this.
    due to the fact you need 5 consecutive non crits and you hit many mobs on every attack, there is a high chance that 1 of those hits is 1 crit, and that resets the count.


    do note that it needs 5 attacks, for proccing, while it needs 1 area hit to reset to 0.

    it's the same for wizards and every ranged class with heavy hitting projectiles, just avoid the hit that bounces from the mob.
