So the Unhallowed Essence set has been given a few buffs coming up in the 2.6.1 Patch. But I think they (Blizzard) they need to take it a step further. What they did was simply buff damage numbers. In addition to that, I think what they should do is move around some mechanics as well, and add a couple new ones. I believe these changes will bring some variety to UE Multishot, and allow for more builds, and not to have the set just be using Fire/Arsenal. Here's my idea:
Change the Skill/Runes:
Multishot
Cost: 25 Hatred
Fire a massive volley of arrows dealing 360% weapon damage to all enemies in the area as well as launch 3 rockets that each deal 300% weapon damage.
Requires Bow.
Runes:
Fire at Will
Enemies hit with Multishot have a chance to be electricuted, and spread damage up to 3 nearby enemies for 200% weapon damage as Lightning.
Multishot's damage turns into Lightning.
Wind Chill
Enemies hit are Chilled, slowed by 80%, and have an 8% increased chance to be critically hit for 3 seconds.
Multishot's damage turns into Cold.
Suppression Fire
Knockback the first 4 enemies hit and stun them for 1 second.
Full Broadside
Increase the damage of Multishot to 500% weapon damage.
Arsenal
Each time you fire, Multishot now launches 5 rockets at nearby enemies that each deal 250% weapon damage as fire.
Multishot's damage turns into Fire.
Passives:
Ballistics
Increase damage of rockets by 100%
In addition, your rockets now seek out elite enemies within 60 yards.
Sharpshooter
Each successive critical hit you deal has it's damage increased by 25%.
Items:
Band of Hollow Whispers (This one's a stretch I think, but I wanted to give CoE a contender and make a useless ring decent)
Increase the damage bonus of Vengeance to 200%.
I know the Ring was originally a Necromancer skill item, but since they changed it, it looks like it would work for all classes. If it does, that would be amazing and finally a contender for CoE. If someone can possibly confirm this for me, It would bring me much happiness and allow me to do more theorycrafting.
Oh really. Well that throws my idea out the window haha. I figured it would be smart to use them as some sort of Anniversary thing. Let's face it. Everyone loved Diablo 2. More than diablo 3 in most cases, they should pay some homage to the loyal fans who have been playing since those days.
I for one cannot wait to get my Mercy Wings. I think I want those almost as much if not more than I want to play Overwatch haha
Fun fact: Diablo 3 has sold almost double what Diablo 2 did and is one of the highest selling video games of all time. Yet I think we all look at Diablo 3 as some sort of sales disaster.
Also, I want more wings.
Diablo 3 wouldn't have sold nearly as much if Diablo 2 wasn't such a success. Not many games have stuck around as long as Diablo 2. It is what most of diablo 3's player base started with and since they had so much fun with D2, they tried D3. That's what I did anyways. Hopefully they'll keep the content coming for D3 and we can stick around just as long

My guess is that Set Dungeons in the future will have some of these wings as rewards. Usually the themed ones (Andariel, Mercy, Etc.) have some sort of event or prepurchase. My guess is that Andariel will be a reward for something having to do with an anniversary present or something like that.
Here's the results. Looks shitty, but nothing crazy that would cause so much lag. Keep in mind this only started happening when Blizzard introduced that "pre-patch patch". I've been playing for over a year before that with not a single problem like this.

I did this and it came back normal. At least I didn't see anything wrong. The weird thing is that nothing happens on the PTR, it's completely normal there. Hopefully when the patch hits, it'll fix whatever my problem is. I really need this to be fixed before Season 5 starts.
I really don't know what else to do. I have tried everything I know to do to fix this issue. So far it's nothing with my computer, and it's only happening in Diablo. I get massive lag (Not frame lag, only rubber-banding). It's making doing anything with density practically impossible. I really need to get this fixed before Season 5 starts as I plan on going hard when the season starts. I've done everything short of reinstalling the game freshly. If I have to as a last resort I might just do a complete reinstall of windows.
Also, the replies above, I don't know what IP address I should be pinging. I put my own in and nothing seemed to be worrisome. Average pingback of 0ms. Am I doing it wrong?
I have been playing Diablo for over a year now, and haven't had a single problem yet on my computer, but today I woke up and there was a tiny little patch. After downloading it, I tried to do some rifts and greater rifts with some friends and the game was completely lagging out and I was getting like 1200ms. The skills weren't going off when I clicked them, and I would rubber-band like crazy. I tried resetting my router, resetting my computer, and doing the "scan and repair" tool on the Blizzard Launcher, but nothing fixed it. Nothing else on my computer is lagging, so I doubt it's on my end. I didn't change anything in the settings except for lowering the graphics to see if that changed any of the lag (It didn't). I even tried playing the game with literally nothing else opened on my computer. None of these things worked. Please help!

Not to be a douche, but perhaps reading the main page would be beneficial before posting a question.

I did a bunch more tests on the PTR and the rubber banding hasn't been happening at all. I hope it's the same when 2.4 comes live.

Yep. Just used a program that completely updated all my drivers and everything. Didn't fix the problem.
