So thanks everyone for the helpful tips, I wanted to provide an update in the oevent there were some others like me who had played for a long time but recently just re-installed.
I did tomb runs till lv 20 then normal ancients then was able to get rushed thru act 4 hell where i did chaos runs....
Now I have a lv 86 frenzy barb with 2x ebotdz, enigma/fortitude armor, an oath blade... 2x hoto, anni + torch:D:D
currently rocking a ravenfrost ring, and a cathan's...... not too crazy about the cathan's.... w/ a highlord ammy as well...
I could use some suggestions for a new ring / and goood ammy (for pvm)...... any feedback always helpful....

One follow up though on the "grushed".... can someone provide some detail as to how this is done? The person who rushed me to act5 normal said that I cant go any further until i do ancients @ lv 20....
I know some of you may think "stfu and just play the game I hate leechers":evil:, but i've already played for many years and just wanna get back to some high level fun.
First of all just registered to the forum today after lots of lurking and reading through everything so Hi all.
I have several questions as I have gone over the reading and just recently installed i've noticed many things have changed since I've last played... first a couple quick facts.
Ok now my questions in no specific order, any feedback is appreciated (I did read all topics beforehand)
1. Being, as I have had a full account of 90+ chars I was looking to get to hell quickly again.... I used to rush ppl all the way through hell and just level quickly through cow runs.... this is no longer possible? My concern not to waste a bunch of skill points of mid/low level skills, and have plenty to max out frenzy, ww, iron skin, BO, etc (wanna start a frenzy bard btw)
2. Does it make sense to start a brand new ladder char seeing as D2 is to be expecting 1.13 patch in the coming weeks/months?
3. I used to have the most awesome gear but now I don't have the time to spend endless hours searching for it, are these D2 item sale websites legit? I wouldnt be opposed to spending $10 or $20 if it could save me weeks of sleepless nights haha.
4. For an awesome frenzy barb, I'm thinking 2x botd / enigma / arreats.... etc but maybe a shield in secondary when things get crazy in hell..... are there much better shields than stormshield now? (Note: if you can think of any better swords, gear, shields I'm really open to suggestion)

Maxed frenzy, ww, BO.... natural resistance and good resist armor is key.
