I feel your pain. It's like they are making the monks pay for season 4. It disgustingly seems that they are forcing the new Sunwuku through our throats, which personally I didn't like the play style. If they are nerfing the Raiment set to avoid using it in conjunction with Inna, just make a Shuolder/Bracer (anything but belt please) that boost primary skills as much as the set does...
It's perfect for the DH Chakram build. Hatred max all the time and free 50% dmg reduction, plus Unity and Dark Heart... Well... DHs can actually tank something.
I highly believe they destroyed Monk Generator build. It depended too much from the Shen's set. I did a few monk builds using generators, Shenlong was always the key for it, even though the 2% bonus increase (might) compensate the reduction, making spirit itself more valuable, not like Discipline for DHs, based on the Max value of each, but certainly in the Paragon levels.
However, in general, I think Monk DPS will still be good. I never liked the class, but I loved it in the PTR. Uliana's set is very strong too, so I don't think it the impact of Shenlong alone will errase all monks of the high leaderboards (which I never even bothered with).
In addition, I think the monk class could (as they don't actually need a balance as WD did) receive a few (one might be enough) item for Generators, to keep that idea growing. The fun I had playing with Generators was what I was laking to enjoy the class, although I liked Uliana's too.

Thanks Fehfeh, I'm having the same problem, glad to know it's not another bug. Hopefully the Terminated Game is fixed! Fingers crossed.
