    posted a message on Diablo 3 Beta Patch 13 - In-Game Screenshots
I despise how the skill system, even the freaking skill MENU, separates MOUSE and KEYBOARD keys. This is ridiculous, and you still can't even just add 2 keyboard hotkeys which technically, and hilariously, bring you behind Torchlight. What, you can't give us simple options like that? Its so streamlined its sickening, and the menu is big and horribly innefficient.

We should be able to see all the skills and all the runes in a heartbeat, no screen switching. Plus, the hotkeys on the keyboards are locked, even with elective mode on. I mean, that is so hilarious. What the fuck are they doing.

I didn't even scratch the surface. Each skills are always under -one- key only. Its like... what the hell, man... WHAT IS THIS? I didn't even play. I said screw it, and let them fix it. This is so disgusting, I can't even bother with it. Can't believe I was actually anxious to see this in action.

Post in this beta feedback topic if you can, I can't, its like my long-forgotten WoW subscription is preventing me from posting.

    From the link above:
    - The Skill window itself is far to large & wastes screen space.
    - No overall list of skills.
    - Skills are now spread between an unspecified/unclear amount of windows & categories.
    - Players cannot choose which of the 1-4 keys to map there skills to.
    - Players cannot move a skill from one hotkey/button to another if it's already selected as an active skill.
    - No indication within the skill window of what skills you currently have active/selected.
    - Default attack is no longer a selectable option.
    - Some skills cannot be used with the mouse, even in "Elective Mode"
    - To few skills per class that warrant this kind of multi-window approach (IMO)

I don't like seeing this on the patch notes:

"The cooldown on swapping skills has been decreased from 30 seconds to 15 seconds"

I think that since you'll be able to choose whatever skill/rune combo you like once at the level-cap, the cooldown should be a lot higher. Customization and the removal of the need to start over again to try another build is great, but they should at least let you feel like you are making a choice that is at lasting for a couple of minutes.
All that would do is make things more annoying.

I would like to test this but then i dont exactly support it. Loot dropping runes are so much more fun. They make for anticipation in the demon huntng world and did in d2. High runes dropping was a rarity which could only be achieved through the farming of a few select mobs which gave out hrs. It made it fun!
Are you serious or on drugs while typing this?

There is fun to be had from rune dropping but whenever someone essentially says "I want more farming" I can't take them seriously.

Funny is that now every lvl 60 class will be copy pasted since you can repick skills anytime (correct me if i`m mistaken), like now your a whirlwind barb after 2 min your a trowing axe build lol.

I don`t know hard choices made you think before you act, this way you don`t care at all its not like its permanent feels stupid and super casual.

This has been so for a while and this is seriously the wrong topic to be whining about this.

The only thing that bothers me in all this is that I will no longer look forward to further improve a specific skill, since they removed rune ranks.

    Thats quite a bummer.

Bash referred to both WoW and SC which never had anything like what the OP seems to be getting excited about. Whatever they do it's going to be same day or post-release. The most any of us is going to see of Diablo is right here, right now (and whatever patches bring to beta before launch).
    This.

Those "demo" or "trials" as the D3 system suggests, is just full access for a limited amount of time and up to (maybe) a certain point in the game. It would be completely illogical for the demo to be separate since everything is server based, so this is how its going to be.

posted a message on 4th Passive at level, max level.
Well, that would be one incentive, I guess. There's definitively a huge problem after 30 when it comes to rewards from leveling up, in fact I consider that problem big enough to try and find something to fix it.

A passive at 60 is a bit radical. It doesn't make the steps toward it more satisfying, but at least gives you another point to be 60. I think between 30 to 60 would be the ideal point for some stat customization options beyond gear. But heh, not going to happen.

We made the map full screen, completely opaque and prevented commands from being sent while it is open to stop this from occurring. We also like the concept that your character has to take a few moments and stop so that they can get their bearings :)
What amount fuck your pathetic deliberate design choices for childish imbeciles that can't decide for themselves and give me the option instead of annoying me everytime I look at the full map, you donkey?

What the HELL is wrong with developers these days? I can't be polite and respectful when this is how they see things. I can't, its impossible, its beyond my simple frustrated self's skills to understand or even accept the existence of such idiocy.

Unfortunately the camera angle and distance from the character really kills it for me in Kingdoms of Amalur. You're looking up your characters ass 99% of the time not able to see anything. It actually gives me headaches (i never get headaches playing games)

It also basically plays like a Fable game. You can't jump, ever area is sectioned off by multiple load zones. It really feels like a game that was held back by console limitations with a PC port tacked on.

Too bad as i was looking forward to it until i tried the demo.

I hate not being able to jump in a game normally (it bothered me when I first heard about it), but I didn't notice it while playing. The game doesn't get you stuck in stupid places, longing for the ability to jump, and the combat system doesn't scream "I want to jump", especially since you can dodge.

As for the camera, there are lots of official fixes coming for this. There's been a lot of feedback and a topic -specifically- about all the camera issues. Trust me, they're not leaving it as it is.

    Proof: http://forums.reckon...larly-camera%29

Of course, especially since this is after all, EA, I'd wait until the camera updates are live until buying.

Kingdoms of Amalur for me as well.

First game in quite a while that is looking like a great place to waste time. Not even Skyrim held to my standards. The only problem is how bad the PC controls are, so you pretty much need a controller to have a nice experience.

It seems like you have much freedom but there is more vivid and fun things to see and do, and a much more interesting combat system, than the likes of Skyrim.

I have literally no other games in sight, though. Pretty bored of gaming.

The industries creating by the US are far too retarded to adapt and prefer to fuck people in the ass instead of working around a situation and benefit from it. US is against progress and just want easy money, plain fucking simple. Only the giant morons of the industry that are scared of their losses care about this, but who could truly give a fuck? So many people up there deserves to be shot and burried. The world would be better without these fucking companies around.

posted a message on Rune sistem of Diablo 3 overloading the sistem. Rumor or fact?
Please don't turn this into another "kids can't handle waiting for D3" topic, because that is all that ridiculous whining ever is. Man up and shut up about it. The game is still running so strong and everybody is going to be buying it regardless of your pathetic impatience issues and whatever creation you can come up with to hate on D3.

Now on topic. This change would be welcome, I think. Now, I have to say "scroll of learning rune" is just not something I'd want of course. I think the runes should still drop more or less as is, just that they're put directly in a new screen, and are never part of your inventory.

Its definitively a good change if thats what they're doing. Carrying all those runes around when they serve such a core customization rule was just annoying.

I think Bioware is merely an example of how productive and beneficial a timetable could be.
    Did you play DA2?

The only thing Bioware proved so far is that they still seemed to care about quality while being raped for getting their games out fast and in a profitable manner.

Its hilarious that you point at extremes like Blizzard and say Bioware is doing it right. The hell they are. No more than Blizzard.

your logic is flawed. kind of like your argument about how if you played offline your experience would not be affected by the dupers who are allowed an avenue through the offline option to ruin the gameplay experience for the rest of us.
I see that myth is still running rampant. Good grief...
