So yea we lose a bit senseless customization like having a wizard wield a maul twice his size (in the real world it would be like putting a medic with a rocket launcher in the front line, kinda wierd huh) but on the other hand as bashiok has said they will put the effort of senseless customization and direct it towards more skills , skill rune effects, so basically adding a lot more meaningful depth to each individual class. I prefer that idea over being able to use a freakin 2 handed pillar as an archer. I hope i was clear.
I'm sorry, but you just bought his whole silly excuse which is nothing but a joke to make you think exactly that "I prefer that over this".
His excuses makes no technical sense.
I don't disagree entirely with the decisions, I mean the wizard can't use big two-handed stuff, the barbarian can't use wands.. I mean, that kind of things I couldn't care less and won't affect the game much, except those that really love to try anything.
All I'm saying is, Bashiok doesn't deserve any credit for his comment. Sweet, he's talking to the community, but his text is there for nothing. A few lines would be saying the same thing.

Doesn't matter what specific term you want to use. Its in the same categories than MMO, even if its not -exactly- an MMO. Its a game that forces you to be online to play and is promoted as such to play with people. Oh hey, its a MO, then. Presents the same damn problem as an MMO and brings alongs the same limit and gripes, and controls of the masses.

What, so you don't see them, they don't matter?

Need irony sauce.
Wondering if I should even bother. Maybe it would turn me to the dark side.
Wait, no. It won't.

I don't really care what they come up with, Diablo has switched genre and has such, does not allow modding. (don't bother me with UI "mods", why are they even called mods is beyond me).
And the genre switch is really the whole travesty here.

I think if this doesn't do anything, it at least keeps raising the spirit of the young to resist and not be drones.
What the last few generations, old and young, have been missing, is awareness. The government doesn't want its people to be aware. A population that is aware and ready to say "no", is one that will eventually have to be shown respect.
Despite what I might have said in certain posts, I think this is a very good thing after all. Its the idea that needs to be spread. Its the mindset. That is what it is really all about. That is what in the long run, really matters.

Overconfidence. Hackers will be happy.
Its hilarious that they think putting such a blatant flaw will not be abused, as if they really believe its full proof. I'm quite amused.

Not surprised, disapointed myself. Anonymous just went down the toilet, as far as I'm concerned. You can't even get me to take them seriously, even less the government.
People need to rally under a much bigger banner than the "Anonymous kids on youtube". No offense. I'd rather just help people around me and do what I know can make a difference, than go to an Anonymous protest.
And to Ent1ty, I have one thing to say: Only a fool wishes for war, but only a fool doesn't expect it. We all know there will be a world war eventually, its coming, sooner or later, and we all know the US will be in the center of it all.
Or we'll just all become slaves. But I'd think some inspiring folks would rise up before that happens. Right? I would urge people to try and do just that. Inspire people. Make them understand. And look for the real opportunities. This was obviously not it. People need to be aware, and at least, Anonymous helps in that regards. That state of mind will grow, thanks to everyone who keeps passing the torch, and eventually it'll clash, in some form or another.
Thats how I see it.

This isn't my fight, I don't even know about Wallstreet. I'm interested to see what will actually happen, if anything will, and I'd be glad if it did make a difference in the grand scheme of things.
But I hope nobody here actually believes they can end any and all abuse without violence. No matter your claims of non violence, no change will come without pain.

Nothing fun actually came out of this as far as I'm concerned.

This new one is confusing and non-sensical. You could have just changed some of the layout above (Wiki, Site Suggestions), maybe into a single subforum under News so Diablo 3 section is more obvious, but this is overkill.

I did not yet buy the game. I heard there is no FOV option and the base FOV is pretty small.
I'm not buying without a FOV option, period. If they forget about basic things like this, can't help but wonder about all those things I can't think about right now that is bad and consolized. So until they get their asses working on patches for proper PC features, they're not getting a penny from me.

This.
Get a clue. What happens when a ton of people (in the hundreds of thousands) want to make money off of the same thing... at the same time?
They all get rich of course!... Right?...
And its really funny too how a ton of people are just spitting Blizzard's excuse for this.
