Bottom line:
Not one new weapon, armor, quest, item of lore, rune, runeword or affix (AFAIK).
It makes me sad to realize that the change that I am the most excited for involves the pretty new colors for existing item names (admittedly, this is actually kind of nice). Hopefully this changes and is only temporary, but I won't hold my breath. Make me wrong, Blizzard. PLEASE.
