Looking kinda naked there, barbarian.
Seriously though, good job. The only critique i can see is that the far arm looks a little skinny.
I dig the colors, though.

Sep 5, 2009I was thinking of a Mace-based wizard when I saw that spell. Heh.Posted in: Wizard: The Ancient Repositories
Strange builds are the best builds IMO. (Remembering my Staff barb)
I think an arcane Archer would be cool. Combine Magic Weapon with the Sphere of Time (?) and enemies would be easy pickins.
Sep 4, 2009Requiem for a Dream!!! One of my favorite songs, ever!Posted in: General Discussion (non-Diablo)
Quote from name="-Mephisto"s Lament-" »Versus the World - Amon Amarth
Amon Amarth, nice. I have to be in a certain mood to listen to them, but still good.
Going to list a few, now.
Used this song as my Alarm for a long time, so that gets MY blood flowing.
Rise - Korpiklaani
Buiiki Kaesu - Maximum the Hormone
X-Ray Dog - Shadow of Tyranny
Lavadome - SNES's Final Fantasy Mystic Quest
THE BEST MUSIC FROM THE SNES EVER
Most songs by Finntroll and Ruoska

Quote from "Umpa65" »uh, i see it. and he looks like this kid in my school.
Well, I am a 17 year old college student, so I could be... if you live in Michigan.
Here are a couple better quality pictures
Probably my favorite picture of me from... 2 years ago?
The most recent picture of me, and my gf.
EDIT// Oh, html fail in my sig and my post.
Sep 2, 2009Posted in: General Discussion (non-Diablo)Quote from "Musica" »Well with all due respect, your tastes don't seem all that eclectic. You guys seem to mostly like music with loud bass lines and beats. Basically rock, metal, and techno. But I'll give you credit for the video game soundtracks NeroLucien and I suppose pop is a little bit different for you Elyk. Still I'm not seeing much musical diversity here. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
Oh, that was just my current playlist. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure there are people with more diverse tastes than me.
I do have quite the collection of orchestral soundtracks of Video game music, and I've been meaning to get ahold of my brothers classical music collection. Anything with a good choir is okay in my book. You're mostly right about the basslines and beats though. I do appreciate, not necessarily loud, but good beats.

Hey there little hare, what hair have we here?
To make this post less my picture is my avatar

Go to the Battle.Net forums if you want Bashiok to see it.
Aug 28, 2009Shaz, you're assuming that the d3 mf system will be exactly like the d2 mf system, which I think I remember a blizz dev saying that they are changing it to work differently.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
Not to mention that blizzard has stated they are implementing/working on different mechanics to the game so you don't have to do boss runs to get good gear.
It's not d2 with better graphics, it's d3.
Aug 27, 2009Posted in: General Discussion (non-Diablo)Quote from "mythikal" »new MMO is starcraft ghost MMO. Probably some cross breed between Mass Effect and World of Warcraft on the ghost engine.
I don't have the quote offhand, but didn't one of the blizzard reps say that the new MMO was unrelated to SC, WC, and Diablo?
Aug 27, 2009Posted in: Starcraft & SC2Quote from "Terror" »There was a question asked about this during the Q&A panel, I think one of the developers responded that it is something they are hoping to include at ship, if not in a later patch.
Diablo 3 rts', anyone?
I will play the hell out of the Fallen if someone does that.
Aug 26, 2009Posted in: Diablo III General DiscussionQuote from "Odin" »Seriously Blizzard....this is Diablo not WoW so keep your BS ideas like BoE, BoP to your other game.
BoE kills a lot of player freedom/interaction + free economy which is extremely bad.
BoE doesn't kill an economy, it helps it.
In WoW when you got a BoE item you didnt just put it on and go, you went to the auction house to see if you can trade it for something better or, if it's not an item you can use, sell it for something good.
While BoE and BoP worked for WoW, only BoE would work for Diablo, IMO.

Aug 25, 2009Posted in: NewsQuote from "AuraofMana" »That's also in Chinese. It's part of the culture (superstitions), and Japanese just took that and made a religion out of it.
You can believe in Buddhism and Taoism and all those things, but you are not necessarily religious. Religions don't work in Asia the way they work in the West. Religions have become such an integral part of the culture that it is the culture itself. It has nothing to do with following the religion to the utmost extend by that point.
It's hard for me to think of Buddhism as a religion, since it's more like a way of life. Guidance for being a good person.
Aug 22, 2009Posted in: NewsQuote from "saggo68" »Well think its cool with the monk class, but i really dont think the quality of the trailer is something you would expect from blizzard.. Maybe just me, but they usually makes a lot prettier cinematic movies..
It's not, like, an act cinematic. It's just a trailer using the in-game models...
I'm sure the act cinematic will be glorious.
Aug 21, 2009Posted in: NewsQuote from "Jackzor" »...and you fail at not recognizing that this isn't even anything close to normal martial arts, theres pretty obviously some incredibly supernatural and magic stuff going on along with it.
I'm guessing it's what actual monks refer to as Chi
But it's probably just called Mana in sanctuary.
Aug 21, 2009Posted in: NewsQuote from "alec89" »Looks way similar to the original design of the witch doctor.... all colorful and shiny.
Oh, I get it.
You're one of those unpleasable fans who wants everything to be grimdark with no rainbows, and gritty filtering...
You act like D2 had original names.
If you got off your ass and looked at the gameplay video you'd realize that he is nothing like the witchdoctor
7/10, well played, you had me going for a little while
Aug 21, 2009Posted in: NewsQuote from "Kwic" »Monk looks awesome The best class IMO so far.
But yeah, I wonder how will they balance it so that it's not too easy to play each of the class. That will be pretty hard.
With those videos he looks to have good singeplayer crowd controls
For multiplayer, if he tried the same thing he'd probably be too overwhelmed if he had no assistance.
I think that might be how they'll balance it out a bit.
Aug 21, 2009Posted in: NewsQuote from "Shiniku" »I hope these guys aren't just like, healing monks, because... well, Diablo isn't an MMO. It will be cool if they have hand to hand skills, maybe some paladin-esque auras or whatever.. some good offensive stuff, is what I mean.
Watch the gameplay trailer that was posted earlier. You will be pleased.
Aug 21, 2009Posted in: NewsQuote from "Angel_of_Wrath" »I dunno if you've ever watched old hong kong kung fu, but there are tons of weapon possibilities! Aside from bare fists, gloves & claws... there are staves and swords to shovel blades, spears, fans, melon balls, hammers, hell, even chopsticks. My personal favourite is the three sectional staff.
And the twin hooks. Those things are BEASTS.
