is there a difference between hiring someone from Nightmare and hiring someone from Hell difficulties?

1.) Is there a way to assign spells to keys like on the PC? On the macbook pro, the "F" keys are used for lowering volume, screen brightness and so on...

2.) Is there a way to run D2: LoD in a "windowed" mode on a macbook pro?

i havent chipped into werebear yet, but it was suggested i do so so i could get Shockwave to stun enemies.

its been about 5 years since i played and i reloaded it back on my macbook pro. still so much fun!

im currently a summoning druid, level 51, single player.

now with the questions:

1.) i thought the Grizzly had "open wounds" chance?

2.) best merc for him? (i think act 2 with holy freeze....no?)

3.) best rune words for him?

4.) currently going to max Spirit Wolf/Dire Wolf/Grizzly/Spirit of Wolverine. Good way to go?

ill create ISO's of all 4 discs and see what happens.

but in the meantime, why is it stating that the CD-KEY is 26 characters long when both my D2 and LoD are only 16 characters long?

I have a Macbook Pro running 10.5.6 with plenty of power, speed, space to install both Diablo 2 and LoD expansion, but it wont install!!

I went and d/l the D2 installer for Mac OSX and it asks for the very first disc of D2 and i put it in, it spins for a while, then just spits it out. Nothing happens at all!!

Has anyone had success installing D2/LoD on a Macbook Pro???

Please, i REALLY wanna get back into this again!!!

PS UPDATE:
I and d/l it from B.net and when it goes to install, it asks for a 26 product key! Mine's only 16!! What gives???
