after being shocked at the mode in which starcraft II used a solitary structure (hyperion) and protagonist (raynor) as a mode of their progression through the campaign, i was wondering if we could expect to see something like this in diablo III. if you can recall, it was mentioned back in the release that they wanted to stay away from the idea of returning back to the town in order to progress. should we therefore expect to see a similar gameplay cutting experience of a story mode that starcraft II utilizes?

furthermore, is the matchmaking process used for scII going to be the same for dIII?

will there be achievements? is this our endgame challenge?

Something I think the whole Diablo franchise can do with is a boss who actually feels like a boss. And I mean "Fight" as in the way one would actually fight with tactical progression.

I want the A.I. of the bosses in DIII to be menacing! I felt as though in the previous games, and even in what we've seen through preview, that the boss fights are all about them throwing everything they have at you, chasing you round and round casting a spell every once in a while. That was true in DII.

In my own personal preference I would like some boss fights to be like boxing. If you were to just throw yourself at the opponent over and over you would go down. I would like to have a sense of tactical approach to the boss fights.

OR I should at least feel like I'm fighting an actual target like in Super Smash Brothers rather than a floating appendage I have to strike 300 times.

it does do something. it keeps us interested and guessing. blizzard loves to mess with it's gamers, this could be the joke. the fact that we are all speculating over it.

oooooooh snap! first i would run around like a little girl screaming and peeing on things. going absolutely insane. then i would realize i was at my own wedding because i am 30 years old. THEN i would leave the wedding and my wife, go to EB GAMEZ <-- (new name due to management change in 2019) buy that shit, drive like a man man home, and get in a car accident along the way.
but seriously in hell i would lock myself in my chambers (er...whatever they got down there) and play till the end of existence!!

just a bit of soemthing i picked up form the internet. noone had discussed it on the website, but it seems to be a pretty important issue. is this how "fans" want to see diablo III?

there have been a lot of complaints about the colours, does this seem to be a solution to opt for?
or does it diminish the possibility for more lavishly coloured environments?
