Has anyone played around with this? I haven't gotten to play as much as I would like to lately and this combo came to mind when thinking of the unity halo tal's melee build. I really love the survivability of this build but of course without focus and restraint it's really lacking (and without ancient sparker). Just curious people's thoughts or experience, thanks!
Nice vid. what is goal with this in terms of playstyle as you chose to skip packs or an entire level at some point
One of the strengths of the AW build is that it has the capability to bypass "dangerous situations." This technique can really be a difference maker in actually clearing a rift or not. Also if one mob type on a level isn't a favorable one you can just move quickly through the map in hopes of finding better monster type.

For grifts definitely replace botp with zei's. Zei's and bott are both their own multiplier. I've just decided to focus on this build myself as I have more ancients with this set and a much better wep and source than my AW set. That being said I only have 19% cold damage on my gear.
I would recommend using Quin69's reroll calc you can find on google or in the info of his applicable video. That's an extremely nice AW, just saw the video of reiko sockt clearing a GR60 using the AW tals build so it's not completely useless.
