Nah, this set is to be redone again. Even if it's 500%, Legacy of Nightmares will be better unless they will nerf 800% for every ancient to less than 40-50% which is not likely going to happen. This inna is probably worst iteration of the set ever, creativity on pair with version from vanilla. Both this and swf have this strong smell of out-of-ideas.

I know what you mean, I smell it as well but hey, when PTR ends we will know better. Let's help good ol' Blizzard out :)
800% per ancient might also be a bait so that people try it out in bigger extent then if the numbers were lower. That way they get more dataz and we'll probably end up with something balanced.
Also, full ancient with decent stats is quite time consuming to farm :P

I'm really unsure if this is a hard nerf. Seems more like they're extending your progress to get gear. Sure, double mystic ally: enduring did loads of healing but with the Inna's rework:

    Inna's Mantra

    • 6 pieces: Gain the five runed Mystic Allies at all times and your damage is increased by 50% for each Mystic Ally you have out. (reworked from Mystic Allies casting abilities as you do)

I still think it is possible to get some heavy healing going, it'll just take you a bit more work and time. (might have misunderstood the rework though!)

posted a message on BlizzCon 2015 - Diablo is dead

Fking amen brother! I agree with you so much. Instead of going apeshit people should try doing something else for a while and play when new things comes. The developers even stated that D3 is a game you play for a while, then takes a break and later return - it's not meant to be played 24/7.

Not 24/7 356 days every year but when a new season hits, I for one will glue me self to the screen for a couple of weeks :D Then go back to playing on and off when I have some spare time. Really love new seasons. The tunnel vision is real!

I'm so pumped for 2.4, holy crap. D3 ain't dead to me, nor will it be for a long time :) Such an enjoyable game! I really like WoW but in D3 I won't have to get a group to do things, group just speed things up. Also, group is more fun but it ain't a requirement, which I really like about the game!

I've a hard time seeing this game as dead.

posted a message on Grouping classes into three tiers

Don't know about three tiers, to me it looks more like two:

    1: Barb, Monk, WD, Wizz

    2: DH, Crusader

What do you want to say with this post though? Is it just a statement or are you implying anything?

posted a message on anyone else bored/burned out?

This game revolves around seasons and Blizzard is okay with it (should be a blue about it somewhere). I think it's a okay design, makes you play the game intensely in the beginning and after a while you reduce your activity and eventually stop playing. You then take a break and regain your hype-levels so that you can wreck the next season. Pauses are good, puts things in perspective and you'll get a time to regain energy.

    OT:

I'll be bored soon, just want to get at least para 800, 1000 would be the dream but I don't think I'll farm that! I'll be super pumped when the next season hits though :D

posted a message on Paragon 10000!

I think one should. Can't just turn a blind eye to something which doesn't work. Then you let corruption win.

Also, what should we spend time on? Would playing the game be a better time waste? Work? Being with your family? So many things to waste your time on. To me, this sounds like a better time sink then the accrual game. You sharpen your analytical skills and work with things you might work with as an employee. Seems like something useful :)

No one should be worried at all about anything past 1000 for fucks sake. If you do...that would indicate you play THAT much of one game, or bot, fuck it, you bot. And you're actually worried about going beyond the already insane and sad amount of gameplay you've put into a game. I'm just under 700, after this season probably hit 700ish as i am 5...30something already. But to actually dumb time into wondering after paragon 1000 or 1200 or 2200!? are you fucking kidding me?! Get a job...get a hobby...get a person...something.

Well, it have more to do with the design then anything else, and the design currently suck!

posted a message on Paragon 10000!

Thank you so much for this information! I've always thought that exp were exponential and that after p800 you got 5 main stat every 4th p-lvl... Like before but since you've now caped offence, difference and utility those three won't give any points.

It seems SO weird this isn't the case. I think this will be the first time ever for me to think "WTH was Blizzard thinking?". This is sooooooooo broken... From p2000 you'll only gain paragon faster and faster. This is beyond stupid.

What if para exp scaled exponential, they remove exp gain from gear, make the "torment levels" be selectable like greater rifts (Torment gr-lvl 60 Bounty farm!) and add more things to put paragon points in? Without any behind the scene knowledge I would say this is not so demanding. Tech is already more or less there, it's just some work to do.

posted a message on PS3 Vanilla - Prep For Inferno - What Do I Need To Do

Hoa, barely remember Inferno... Preparation-vies I think it depends a lot on which skills you have, which mechanics are still a thing etc. Is it just current version with paragons etc then I suppose you just try and see what works and what doesn't? Do you have access to Kenai?

Awesome dedication, wish I could go back and work on some FoS achievements on Inferno, alas I can not :/ Good luck though!
