But your right I hope they make the acts even larger and take even longer. And even tho I loved rushing lol if they can try find ways to prevent rushing it will make the characters harder to get upto high lvl and in the long run make it more rewarding to have a high lvl, and though i dont like the idea of respeccing but if it takes far longer to lvl upto a high lvl then this makes sense.
The only problem with that is that after 4 years of playing it, an irrushable act will be as annoying as trying to get passed Act 2 in Diablo 2, which my ONLY concern about this issue.

The necromancer might as well be in the actual Diablo III.

I like that idea. But maybe instead of a huge shield found on the ground, it should be a pally skill which makes you shield very large. And from there, you can get skills like reflect, absorb, super smite, etc.

You mean Hellfre. Diablo 1 didn't have Apacolypse in it, only Diablo (the character) had it.

I almost think it's too powerful, since its locust swarms and fire bomb are just ridiculously powerful.
