thats a pretty cool idea, but i like it the way it currently is.
you get to see how each character's skill set dictates the way you deal with the same problem at hand
i like the new ghostly wings look, but i dont understand how people see it as more "powerful"
they look weak compared to the tentacles he had before (which look like they could stab you)
im happy with getting my own fair share of the loot.
being an aussie, our internet is crap and we only get a glimpse of the items drop before its snagged by someone.
That face on luna park scares me. I feel like its mouth is going to fall down on me if I try and go in (I've never been in, I only went past it when I visited Sydney once).
Assuming you're talking about the Sydney in Australia.
Tell me more about beta testing for DII. Did you actually give Blizzard reports, or did you just take the chance to play it first?
hey everyone!
yeah that luna park thing freaks me out too lol
theres also one in melbourne, not sure if thats still around
umm, beta testing for d2 was pretty straight forward.
got the email from them, spent a whole day downloading the beta as i was still on dialup
installed and logged on!
worked beautifully, was amazed by shadowing effects when i ran around a pillar in the caves since the pillar actually blocked your sight!
to be honest, i never actually found any bugs with the game. i played it a bit, but the barbarian is a really boring character to play with so i didnt find myself being very hooked at all.
i sent them an email suggesting some minor grammatical changes and UI feedback (mainly positive)
and of course, playing it before my friends was instant bragging rights as we were all looking forward to it!

The majority of the computers are still running Windows XP as the operating system.
They're smarter than to lock out the majority of the market.

LOL crackup!
I had a few characters that expired too.
I hate playing online because of that, such a time hole you fall into.

Been a fan of Diablo since the first one came out and hooked on every iteration since.
Was lucky enough to be a beta tester for D2, hopefully trying my luck again for D3.
