I dont think the game will be launched then. I remember another user telling me it will be almost 8 months before they even launch a beta release. So guess it wont be launched for next 1 to 1 1/2 years.
Well am in college as well. Just try using Dreamweaver and google to learn about creating websites. Then try the fansite kit which Blizzard has provided. I created the Diablo3Fansite by learning from google. You too can try that.

All diablo fans who have installed the kit in their sites can post the links in this thread for us all to view and comment. Am sure most of us here are pretty good developers and that at least few of you must have got the kit up and running.

Though the kit provided by them is useful, it cannot exactly cater to the size of the content. So am building up a blog with similar theme. Let me know if you guys want the wordpress theme. I will be putting up a download link to it once it is fully functional.

I never used most of the hot keys. never needed them with a necro. I always had time to click about with mouse by the time the demon could flog me. However I did use I, 1,2,3,4 for the inventory and potions belt.^_^
I like the old UI though. It seems to be too similar to Dota. Blizzard could have tried to change the UI in such a way that it is not similar to any of their releases.
Any idea about what the game will require? Though the requirements don't seem steep like that of Crysis, can someone tell me what the minimum specs could possibly be?
He hasn't made a physical apperance yet to show you an image, but he is a demon equivalent of Duriel or Andariel. There are seven Great Evils: Diablo, Mephisto and Baal are the three Prime Evils; Andariel, Duriel, Belial and Azmodan are the four Lesser Evils.
That is news to me. I always thought of the other 4 as names cooked up by Blizzard all along. Though I have searched google for the prime evils, I wonder how this escaped me.:O
Hey guys, I am almost done with the fansite, using the kit provided by Blizzard. Am now customizing the blog to make it seem similar to the site. Once the template is done, I will post it up here, if you guys want it. Check the site using my profile. All suggestions are welcome. This thread was meant for those who have plans for building fansite. So all those who have created, post the address so that we can see how helpful the fansite-kit really is.
I could use your own ridiculous logic, too. Yeah, every big gaming company hypes their new releases by unveiling information about the game as it approaches the street date. Blizzard does this, too! Why should we congratulate them putting up new information and resources for their game every so often? Every big name company does this! So why should these things make it into the news posts?! The news threads should only be things that are rarely done by gaming companies, so I don't need to see all these new pictures, interviews, gameplay videos, or the like. That sort of thing has been done. Sigh...
Honestly, you needn't be so...nitpicky and uptight that every post you make in this thread is to state this illogical distaste for a fankit that you've deemed insignificant for unreasonable and arbitrary reasons.
It's kind of irritating that you are so incredibly critical about Blizzard providing the fans with a gift. Even more irritation that this criticism croms from such a silly reason.

Hey guys, I have managed to get a web hosting server and also domain for hosting the Fansite. I would need suggestions and help from you guys to know what all I can include in it.. Apart from those provided in the kit.
i will gift one for my girl friend.. I cant be seen wearing something like that..seems too kiddish.. however maybe will get if it came in black with Diablo spewing fire.....
